Power Crest:  A Power Crest is a small Iron plate  in a polygonal form.  They were forged by the gods centuries ago as a measure against those who wish to challenge the fate of the planet.  Each crest has a caster who's destined to wear it.  During a time of great crisis, fate finds a way to bring the crest and the caster together.

The Story:

There is always evil in this world, it comes in the form of man, beast, and word.  Who decides the fate of the planet?  Fate itself, but there are always those who challenge fate, and for those who challenge fate.... you challenge Justice. 

Those are the words written on the statue of Odin, Norse God.  Sealed inside the statue is the evil power of destruction.  For ages there was a tale of an evil worlock who's power was sealed in this statue, until it was soon forgotten by men.  The statue resided deep within the caves of Iceland, until it was removed by explorers and sold to a certain millionaire who put it on display at his annual fighting tournament, there are men and beasts who would kill for such power, and so the story goes.
