After The Ark left on its mission, the tide of the Autobots struggle for freedom turned horribly in the Decepticons favour. With each stellar cycle that passed, more and more of Cybertron came under the iron fist of the Decepticon regime.
With the Matrix-bearer, Optimus Prime and his battalion lost in space, Emirate Xaaron sent scouts to the far reachs of space. They had two goals. The first was to locate Optimus Prime, and if they could not, the second was to locate a peaceful new world to call home.
Very few scouts ever returned.....
