Act I: The Sightless Eye
You start in the Rogue Encampment.
Mission 1: Talk to Akara. Clear out Den of Evil.
Mission 2: Talk to Kashya. Kill Blood Raven.
Mission 3: Talk to Akara. Get Scroll of Infus. Talk to Akara. Activate Cairn Stones. Go to Tristram. Retrieve Deckard Cain. (And get Wirt's Leg...)
Mission 4: Find moldy tome in Stony Field. Kill evil countess.
Mission 5: Talk to Charsi. Kill Smith. Retrieve Horadric Malus. Imbue an item.
Mission 6: Kill Andariel. Die, bitch, die! Go to Lut Gohlen with Warriv.
Act II: The Secret of the Vizjerei
You arrive at Lut Gohlein
Sewers (In Lut Gohlein)
Rocky Waste (attached to Lut Gohlein)
Dry Hills (attached to the Rocky Waste)
Halls of the Dead (In Dry Hills)
Far Oasis (Attached to Dry Hills)
Maggot Lair (under far oasis)
Lost City (attached to Far oasis)
Valley of Snakes (attached to lost city)
Claw Viper Temple (Valley of Snakes)
Palace (in Lut Gohlein)
Arcane Sanctuary (portal in Palace)
Canyon of the Magi (from arcane sanctuary)
Tomb of Tal Rasha (in canyon of the magi)
Mission 1: Talk to Atma. Go into the sewers. Defeat Radamant. Retrieve horadric scroll.
Mission 2: Talk to Deckard Cain. Retrieve horadric cube (halls of the dead, dry hills). Retrieve parts to horadric staff (shaft: Maggot Lair, far oasis; head: Claw Viper Temple, The Lost City). Make Horadric staff. talk to deckard cain. bring staff to tal rasha's tomb.
Mission 3: Talk to Drognan. Ask him about the eclipse. Go to Claw Viper Temple. Smashy smashy the altar. Grab Viper Amulet for mission 2. Talk to Drognan again.
Mission 4: talk to drognan. talk to Jerhyn. Find Arcane sanctuary. find Horazon's journal.
Mission 5: kill summoner. return to town for more information. find true symbol of tomb.
Mission 6: Talk to Jerhyn. Find Tal Rasha's tomb. Stick Horadric staff where the sun don't shine. The keyhole, what did you think I was talking about? Kill Duriel. Hard, evil bugger. Go home. Move on...
Act III: The Infernal Gate
You arrive at Kurast. Go you.
Mission 1: You get a Jade Figurine. Give it to Meshif, in return you get a golden bird. Give it to Alkor, and he will give you a nifty potion.
Mission 2: Talk to Hralti. Find Pygmy village. Kill unique pygmy. Get Skatsimi blade. Give it to Ormus. Get ring.
Mission 3: Talk to Cain. Gather parts to Khalim's will: eye, heart, brain and flail. Combine with Horadric cube.
Mission 4: Talk to Alkor. Retrieve Lam Esen's Tome.
Mission 5: Talk to Ormus. Kill evil high council. Smash compelling orb with Khalim's Will. Open the way to the Durance of Hate.
Mission 6: Talk to Ormus. Find the Tower and entrance. Beat Mephisto, the bastard. Grab soulstone.
Act IV: The Harrowing
Wecome to Hell, kids.
Mission 1: Talk to Tyreal. Kill Izual.
Mission 2: Talk to Cain. Go to Hellforge. Fight a buncha monsters. Kill Hephaesto. Grab hammer. Smash soulstone.
Mission 3: Talk to Tyreal. Open five seals. Kill Diablo, the dirty, dirty whore.
Act V: Harrogath (Expansion)
You arrive in Harrogath. Cold, but inexplicably there are flashes of lightning...
Mission 1: Talk to Larzuk. Kill Shenk the overseer dude. Socket an item.
Mission 2: Talk to Qual-Kehk. Free numerous Barbarians.
Mission 3: Talk to Malah. Find Anya. Bring her back to Harrogath.
Mission 4: Talk to Anya. Go through a portal to Nihlathak's Temple. Kill Nihlathak.
Mission 5: Talk to Qual-Kehk. Go to Arreat Summit. Defeat the Ancients.
Mission 6: Talk to Ancients. Go to Worldstone temple. Defeat numerous minions. Go through portal to the Worldstone chamber. Kill Baal, who is a dirty bastard. Everything starts over again, unless you beat it on Hell. Then you win.
Extra: Secret Cow Level (Evil!)
In Hell Mode (be at LEAST lvl 75) combine Wirt's leg (in Tristam) and Tome of Town portal to get a scroll/portal to get to the Secret Cow Level. Beat them. Expect to die, often.

Strategy for killing Andariel: Run circles around her casting Hydra.
Or: Heero run up and smack her.
Trowa cast Volcano under her ass, then send wolves.
Duo send minions, and cast bone spear.
Quatre cast hydra, meteor or fireball
Wufei toss fire traps, wake of inferno and lightning sentinels.

Strategy for killing Duriel: Cast firewall under his arse and try not to get killed. Having rejuvenation potions helps. A lot. Use Static Field!!! Doi!
Or: Heero range attacks? Or just cast pretty auras and smack it.
Trowa cast volcano/armageddon, turn werebear and smack it dead.
Duo's minions do hardcore smackage and cast teeth/bone spear.
Quatre casts firewall under it's ass until dead or reasonably facsimile.
Wufei do nifty dragon charge up and ass-kickage or fire traps and wake of inferno.

Strategy for killing Mephisto: Stay the hell away from him, his lightning attacks will hurt you badly. Meteor, run away. Meteor, run away. Meteor, run away. Meteor, run away. Repeat ad infinitum, ad nauseum until he is toasty.
Or: Heero casts thorns. He wacks him good.
Trowa goes werebear and smacks him good. Minions help.
Duo casts an amplify damage curse, sends minions, casts bone spear and runs away. Cast poison nova on Mephisto's minions.
Quatre casts meteor and runs away, ad infinitum ad nauseum until he is toasty.
Wufei: Throws nifty traps and such. And stays the hell away. And kills minions. He'll like that.

Strategy for killing Diablo: Meteor, firewall, stay the hell away. Minions get killed too easily and they are expensive. However, Town Portals are relatively cheap, so fear them not. Potions are your friend...
Or: Heero casts thorns, runs up and whacks him.
Trowa casts long range stuff (whirlwind), sends in minions and stays away.
Duo casts bone prison, sends minions (fire golems), casts bone spear and stays away.
Quatre casts meteor, firewall and hydra. And cold stuff, like ice ball (a sphere of frozen death. I love it!) and glacial spike.
Wufei: Tosses traps and maybe does some nifty charge ups/finishing moves.

Strategy for killing Baal: Very carefully and with lots o' town portals and potions. Umm, hydra, cold stuff, meteor, fire wall, anything I could think of. And avoid the finger things.
Or: Heero casts thorns, whacks him.
Trowa casts long range stuff, sends minions, goes werebear, whackety whackety whack.
Duo casts bone prison, sends minions, bone spear, amplify damage, etc.
Quatre casts anything he can toss at him. Avoid getting hit.
Wufei casts charge ups/finishing moves, traps and whacks him.
