Here is a phenomenon some people call a "ghost". Shame on them! Let's be nice! The man on the left can be correctly called "opaquely challenged". But, he does not have any idea he is a ghost. To him, YOU are the ghost! |

Now, I don't know how many of these ghost reportings are true, hoaxes,
insanity or whatever. I'm sure some of them are actual sightings. The more
credible descriptions have some common denominators. Old house, transparent people,
being attacked, resembling someone dead who lived in that house at one time. It is
understandable and plausible that one could think they are being haunted by the spirit of
a dead person. Do I believe in ghosts as popularly described? Absolutely not!
Do I believe people have seen the things as they describe? Yes, indeed! First of all, I do not believe that a person's soul lingers around after they die. So, as far as I am concerned, you can forget the ghosts. But how, then, do I explain what honest, credible people are seeing? I believe the key to this is understanding that nature contains flaws. We see this every day in many ways. Genetic flaws and disorders are just a small example. Other areas of nature require extreme order and precision, such as the flow of time. What happens when something upsets the flow of time? Strong magnetic fields have been found at "haunted" houses. Can this and/or unknown forces of nature warp, meld or bend time in certain spots? Let's just say you are in a "haunted" house. You begin to see transparent people move about. They are hard to see. One of these "ghosts" notices you and starts throwing things at you. Of course you run out in fear. You do some research and discover that the "ghosts" you saw resemble dead people who lived in that old house 100 years ago. It is natural to draw the obvious conclusion. "The souls of these dead people are still living in this house! It's haunted! I need to call Ghostbusters! I need a priest! It needs to be excorsized, circumcised, and sanitized!" What you are actually seeing is history! Time has been warped in that location, and has loosely spliced two places in time together. "Loosely" accounts for the transparency. The other point in time is not solidly present. Also, if there is any interaction between you and the "ghosts", they may see you as a ghost and respond in fear or anger. That explains the "hostile ghosts". So, there is the other plausible, and what I believe, true explanation of ghosts. For more information on the relationship of strong magnetic fields and time bending, do some research on what I think they call "The Philadelphia Project". |
