How may I help you? Interested in signing up as a trainer? OK! Here's all you need to know about the Pokémon Trainer's Center, but, please, READ IT ALL!

I'm Lum, the owner of the Pokémon Trainer's Center. I created the center for all of the Pokémon fans out there who are just like me and can't get enough of Pokémon. This is for both anime and video game fans alike. All you have to do is fill out the form at the bottom of the page and you're in! And don't forget to join the PTC mailing list - the only way to get updated information about the center without actually having to come here! (not that I want you to stop coming or anything...heehee) To join the list go to the bottom of PTC's main page.

So, what do we do? Check out the other club pages! Anyway, each trainer will start out as a beginner, the more you participate in the club the more trainer points you'll receive and, therefore, your status can be upgraded.

Here are the stages of training:

• 1. Beginner (30 trainer points to upgrade status)

• 2. Intermediate Trainer (100 trainer points to upgrade status)

• 3. Senior Trainer (250 trainer points to upgrade status...you have to work to become a true master!)

• 4. Master Trainer (highest possible status)

I haven't decided exactly all ways in which points can be achieved, but you'll receive:

• 2 points for posting a message or question on the message board

• 5 points for completing the poll

• 10 points for joining the VGC (see article in Pokemon Trainer's Weekly (in the Lounge) for more info)

• 2 points for asking a question about my page or Pokémon.

• 5 points(for each submitted)for helping to make some club badges, banners or Pokemon Trainer's membership cards (please visit the lounge for more information about the membership cards. I don't have enough space here to explain my situation)

• 6 points for a useful idea, or 2 points if I decide not to use it (be sure the ideas are tasteful before you send them or they'll be disregarded)

• 2 points for helping to advertise the club on your page or someone elses (be sure to mail me the URL if you do this or you won't get the points)

• 3 points for getting other people to join the club. The more the merrier! Make sure they know your member name though.

• 15 points for writing an article for the lounge. It's an important job and I obviously can't do it all! (For more information visit the lounge)

• 5 points for donating a Pokémon episode review (for all of you anime watchers) that you've WRITTEN YOURSELF. Please specify what episode it is, and if it is possible, the episode number.

• 10 points for a fanfic.

• 5 points for submitting some of YOUR artwork.

• 3 points for some poetry.

• Also there'll be tons of contests where you can receive all sorts of points!

Have fun, but don't knock yourself out! =P

There will be tons of opportunities to earn points! Just about anything you send in will earn you some, so, send away!

Now, the pokémon you choose when you join will be your partner on your journey to become a master. I'd like to see a variety of different Pokémon in the center, but it isn't necessary; the most popular is by far Pikachu. Though you'll never engage in battles with other pokémon, if you chose a pokémon who has yet to evolve, you may wish to let it evolve. After every 50 points, email me with your request to evolve your pokémon (example: If you chose Charmander when you joined after you've achieved 50 points you can evolve him/her into Charmeleon) Or if you just get sick of your pokémon, or you just want a different one, you may change it. Also, your pokémon will appear on your Pokémon Trainer's membership card, as well as any other places that your name or information appears.

I will put up your membership card in the Office. Keep in mind I can't keep them forever though. As well, it usually takes me awhile to get them made, so it may be a couple weeks before you even get one. You're welcome to place it on your web page. If you don't want it then please say "no" on the joining form when it asks you if you'd like one. It'll save time so I can work more on improving the rest of the club. =) I will NOT be saving them, since it'll save me a whole bunch of space. If you happen to want your membership card later on (or if you accidentally deleted yours), mail me with your request, I'll be glad make you one. =)
