The handling fee is for coupons valued $.99 and under $.03 each for values of $1.00 and higher 10% of face value. Points go for fair trade value. Or you can always make offers in coupons, points, forms, etc. I will mail out my end of a trade the next business day after confirmation emails have been sent, I expect the same from anyone I trade with.
