Charlene's way of eating is by
watching fat grams, rather than counting calories.
She tries to keep it under 25 grams
of fat per day.
Banishing fast food, to cook chicken,
fish, fresh fruit, and brown rice helps her to
maintain her goal. Her next step was
to cut back on sugar. She enjoys fat-free frozen
yogurt and low-calorie fruit juice
popsicles.
It also helps not to bring temptation
into the house. To fight the temptations, she snacks
on fresh fruit and baked tortilla chips
with salsa, which are high in carbs but little or no fat .
Switching to fat-free cheese is also
good.
Her secret to success is 90% fat-free
and low-fat diet, with 10% exercise.
