These tips will keep hunger at bay as you teach your mind 
to crave skinny portions

Try serving meals resturant style instead of family style, keeping any leftovers
out of sight.

By preparing minimally processed meals loaded with vitamins, minerals, fiber, protein 
and other nutrients, we will enjoy eating more, while consuming less calories.
So instead of rounding out meals with lightweights such as fat-free chips and
white bread, try reaching for raw veggies or a baked yam.

Getting 30-45 minutes of exercise- a mix of aerobics and strength training-
