CAT Holds Newspaper Drive

The Citizens Army Training (CAT) Department of the Lourdes School, Quezon City held a newspaper drive last July 26 to help raise funds to aid the starving people of Negros. The project required each cadet to bring at least two-foot-high newspapers which were then sold to provide assistance for the quick recovery of the ill-stricken Negrenses.

The drive was planned by the Corps of Cadet Officers in coordination with the commandant, Mr. Bienvenido Santos. The proceeds of the newspaper campaign will be sent to Negros through the Capuchins assigned in the area.
