best. |
|
Name:
Adie Gunn
Nickname: Gunners
Position: Manager / Left-back
The
player manager, having taken over the reigns from
former boss Stuart Feest. Experienced old
campaigner, always ripe for a booking for a ridiculous
hack on an attacker that has got past him. |
|
Name:
James Mildon
Nickname: Millsy
Position: Centre-back
A
robust stopper, James is often prone to getting stupidly
sent off. He seems to be showing signs of mellowing
though. Kicks the ball a long way, but couldn't trap
a bag of cement. And just forget about getting him
to kick the ball with his left foot. |

season with the number 3 shirt. |
|
Name:
Mark Badley
Nickname: Badders
Position: Defender
A
new signing this season, Mark turned down a transfer to
Senior Division One side Hiltonbury Farmhouse to fight for

of options at the back. |
|
|
Name:
Will Winfield
Nicknames: Willsy, Corpie
Position: Midfield
Will
is the true definition of the term utility-man, having

has seen him revert to his more natural position in the
centre of the midfield. |
|
|
Name:
Charlie Winfield
Nickname: The Biscuit

The
middle aged of the Winfield triumvirate, Charlie's
galloping runs up the right wing have become his trademark.
Bursting with potential, Saints are still yet to see the
very best from the mougler. |
|
Name:
Tim Carling
Nickname: Uptown
Position: Midfielder
The
skipper and heartbeat of the side, northerner Tim has been
an inspired signing as his motivational skills have come

diet of raw meat keeps him primed for Sunday morning
footballing aggression. |
|
Name:
Grahame Carter
Nickname: Pasquale
Position: Midfielder
Signed
late last season, Grahame has surged into the first team
line-up with some impressive displays in the centre of

service to the side over the past few years. |
|
Name:
Simon Bates

referees, and manager Gunn will be looking for Master
Bates to be less petulant this season. |
|
Name:
Jamie Sturgess
Nickname: Emperor Ging
Position: Midfielder
A
fast and tricky winger with a left foot that could open a
can of beans. Jamie was unlucky to miss a large part
of last season through injury, and Saints will hope he can
return fully fit for the new season. |
|
Name:
Stuart Feest
Nickname: Stuey Serious
Position: Midfielder
The
departing manager of the side, Stuart has played in a
number of positions for Saints including a long stint
between the posts last season, while still finding time to
knock in three goals of his own at the other end. |
|
Name:
Dan Egan
Nickname: Egan Cress

Having
started last season in central midfield, Dan moved to his
