July 15, 1943-The keel of U329 is laid down in the Flender-Werke shipyards of Lübeck.
September 30, 1943-Prior to the ship even being launched, work on the U329 was suspended.
July 22, 1944-The U329 project was cancelled and the incomplete hull was broken up.
