REPENT OR PERISH: Before this nation will repent and return to God, the thinking and attitudes of the next generation of voters must be turned away from Humanism. This will require sound preaching, Christian schooling and political action all aimed at restoring family attachment and the influence of enlightened parents.

HOME-TEACHING: While private Christian schooling is highly recommended for achieving results, God really placed the obligation on parents to educate, nurture, admonish and train up their children in the way they should go. Home-teaching is God's method for preventing or mending rifts in family relationships.

For caring parents, either independent Christian schools or private home-teaching are urgent and necessary alternatives to the compulsory Humanistic conditioning to which children are subjected through the use of a State-controlled curriculum, taught by State-registered teachers, whose training has, unfortunately in a great many cases, already conditioned their perception of 'right' education of children to such an extent that a warped Humanistic idea of 'right' methodology prevails.

ATTACHMENTS CONTINUE: Rushdooney writes: "In Scripture, age increases status and responsibility, whereas we insist on diminishing it ... The parable of the talents is about work and responsibility ... Those who are responsible "shall have abundance," but those who bury their talents and retire from responsibility and a godly attachment to others in Christ shall have even that which they have taken from them. The detached man and church face judgment and death." (Emphasis added)

THIS "STOP PRESS" lets you see that I have maintained my attachment to you and your families. I hope you will maintain your attachment to us by prayer and contribution. Some people don't want to believe that things are as bad as I paint them, and they find excuses why they can't or shouldn't become involved in the political arena and assist in the ministry of STOP, CARE & ACTS.

SHOULD CHRISTIANS BE INVOLVED IN THE AFFAIRS OF NATIONS

"HAS GOD ABANDONED AUSTRALIA?: Is God about to bring judgment upon Aus tralia? Shall He make this nation a ruin?.. If ever a nation deserved judgment it is Australia today. I believe that His representatives (the Christians) hold the keys to the future of this nation. Recall the story of Abraham interceding for Sodom (Genesis 18.23-33). "Wilt Thou destroy the righteous with the wicked? ... in the end the Lord agreed ... if there were only TEN righteous, the Lord would not destroy it for their sakes. ...

"The Christians are called the SALT OF THE EARTH (Mat.5.13).. Whilst ever the Christians of this land add savour, this nation will be spared from the wrath of God.... We must not be salt in name only, but our very actions must be to preserve and savour this nation if it is to be spared from despair.

"The Parable of the fruitless fig tree (Luke 13:6-9) sums up the picture. If we the servants do not succeed in making this nation fruitful, then the Master will come and cut it down."

REMEMBER CHRIST SAID to disciple all NATIONS by teaching them to observe all things that He commanded. I doubt if there is any topic not addressed somewhere by the wisdom of the Bible, but people in power often do not act according to Biblical principles. It is our calling as Christians to become active in imparting God's truth and political principles to those in authority, and praying God that we may lead a quiet and godly life, which is pleasing to God (1Tim.1-4).
