PT Neka Boga Perisa
can make clean your spice with washing machine. For earth borne spices
like Galangal, Ginger, and Turmeric, we usually slice it before we dried
it in a big oven for a few hours. After the moisture content below 12%,
we will sterilize it. Our Quality controller will check the MC and microbiological
content to ensure that the spice is really dry and clean.
The process may be
different one to another spices but principally we clean it without decrease
(too much) the spicy taste in the spices. We will make it clean and natural
in taste.
