Levels 1-5

Level 6: Lingering Malaise
This inflicts permanent demtia to a victom.
System:Speak to the victom for a minimun of one minute, describe the effect of Lingering Malaise to them. Player rolls Manipulation+Empathy vs the victoms Willpower. If the player gains more net successses, the victom also gains a permanent derangment chosen by the player. Victoms may only gain 1 derangment per night.

Level 7: Restructure
Twisting the psyche. The victom's personality can be completely rewritten.
System: Make eye contact. Player rolls Manipulation+Subterfuge vs victom's Wits+Subterfuge. Player needs at least the equal amount or greater of the victoms Self-Control/Instincts. For this to work, the player chooses victom's new Nature, it is permanent. If botched the player's Nature is transformed to what was to be inflicted on the victom.

Level 8: Personal Scourge
This can be used to turn the victom's mind against them, inflicting physical damage.
System: The Vampire must touch or make eye contact with the victom. Player rolls Manipulation+Empathy vs the victoms Stamina+Self-Control/Instinct, and spends 2 Willpower points. For each success the victom rolls his permanent Willpower for damage (soaked by Humanity or Path of Enlightenment difficulty 6. The victom may make no other actions during this time, including spening blood to heal.


Level 9: Lunatic Eruption
Best put it is a nuclear psychic bomb. It is used to insight every intelligent being, within a certain milage or radius, with blodlust and rage.
System: Player spends 4 Willpower points and rolls Stamina+Intimidation vs 8. The area affected is determined by the number of successes.
1 = 1 city block, or 599 ft.
2 = A nieghborhood, or 1 mi.
3 = Large downtown area, or 3 mi.
4 = Several Nieghborhoods, or 10 mi.
5 = Enire Metropolitan area, or 30mi.
6+ = Additional 10 miles per success, after 5.
