In this, the "final" Friday, Jason's body is destroyed by the FBI, but his soul moves through townfolk looking for a fellow Voorhees in which to habitate. Unfortunately for the big guy, Creighton Duke's in town to stop the maddness before it's too late. In the end, though, Jason's own neice puts an end to his murderous reign and sends his soul to Hell.

Co-writer/director Adam Marcus brings an interesting twist by adding more elements of supernatural horror to the legend. The movie would have worked a little better if the body Jason was possessing wasn't so obvious to the viewer.

Kane Hodder cements his role as Jason by returning once again as the Hockey Hacker (He played Jason in Part 7 and Part 8.).
