| CONCLUSION:
In this study, general climatic conditions of Elazığ was presented by examining the meteorological stations within the geographical borders of Elazığ province. In the central and northern parts of Elazığ region, cold-continental climate is dominant, while vicinity of the Keban dam lake is characterised with mild-continental climate.
