GOD'S LIGHTHOUSE
From my heart a light shines forth,
Powered by the love and
mercy of God.
Why I was chosen for His
grace and mercy,
Only the Father knows why.
My prayer is that someone
will see Jesus in me.
Across life's stormy sea,
That the Lord's light
will shine from me.
A beacon in the dark,
For all that are lost on
life's cold, friendless sea.
A lighthouse is useless
in the dark,
If the keeper puts out the light.
Oh that the keeper of my soul,
Keeps my lamp trimmed and bright.
Always there for men to see,
My Lord Jesus in me.
