Dewch unwn ein caniadau pêr
  Â'r côr o gylch y fainc;
Myrdd, myrdd dafodau sy iddynt hwy,
  Ond un yw'r nefol gainc.

Teilwng yw'r Oen, yw'u testyn hwy,
  'Gael grym dyrchafiad cân;
Teilwng yw'r Oen, yw'n ateb ni,
  Dros ddyn bu farw'n lân.

Teilwng yw'r Iesu mawr o glod,
  A dwyfol barch uwch nen;
A chlodydd mwy nas gallwn roi
  Goronant fyth ei ben.

Yr holl greadigaeth, uno mae
  Mewn per-lewygol dôn,
I foli'r Hwn sydd ar y fainc,
  A gwir ddyrchafu'r Oen.

  Cydunwn â'(r) angylaidd lu

Let us join our sweet songs
  With the choir around the throne;
A myriad, myriad tongues they have,
  But one is the heavenly strain.

Worthy is the Lamb, is their theme
  To get the force of the raising of songs,
Worthy is the Lamb, is our reply,
  For man he died completely.

Worthy is the great Jesus of praise,
  And divine reverence above the sky;
And praises more than we can give
  Will crown forever his head.

The whole wide creation, uniting it is
  In a sweet-enchanting tune,
To extol Him who is on the throne,
  And truly exalt the Lamb.

Come, let us join our cheerful songs
  With angels round the throne.
Ten thousand thousand are their tongues,
  But all their joys are one.

"Worthy the Lamb that died," they cry,
  "To be exalted thus!"
"Worthy the Lamb," our hearts reply,
  "For he was slain for us!"

Jesus is worthy to receive
  Honour and power divine;
And blessings more than we can give,
  Be, Lord, forever thine.

The whole creation join in one,
  To bless the sacred Name
Of him who sits upon the throne,
  And to adore the Lamb.
