What's New?

Well, obviously the first thing you'll notice is the graphics, as you can see in the screenshot below.  By the way, you can click the small pictures to enlarge them.

Microsoft has done a fantastic job with the graphics for MCM 2.  They are truly awe inspiring.  Kudos to Microsoft for the nice graphics.

Another big change is the factory authorized bikes and gear.  You see, in the original Motocross Madness, there were plenty of bikes and gear, but they were all nameless.  Unless you count "On" and "Lyzard"...?

This time around, you'll likely see me on the zone on my shiny new 2000 Honda CR250 with N-Style Graphics and Thor Gear on.  You'll be able to tell me apart because the side panels of my bike will read "1". Grin.  See that one of the coolest features of MCM 2 is the online rating system.

Okay, for instance you've been racing the zone for a few weeks and they update the rating computers.  You may log on and see "Congratulations! You are ranked #42 out of the top 100 Zone Racers".  The Zone will keep track of your finishes and depending on how well you do, you'll get your current rank on the side panels and front number plate of your bike.

Oh man, I can't wait!

Another sweet new feature of MCM 2 is that there are now non-bike elements in the game.  Plus they are all interactive with the rider/bike.  As you see to the left, this nutty bastard is trying to jump an airplane.

Umm.. yeah.  He's just jumping an airplane.  Where did this picture come from anyway?

    Something is wrong here.
