Anyone past, present, dead or alive can be played...with one exception. Characters that have been killed on this RPG must remain dead unless a founder grants permission to resurrect them.
Dara Jensen and Frisco Jones fall into this category. They are dead on this RPG!
At this time, we are trying to limit the number of characters any one roleplayer protrays to four. This does not count subbed roles. (ie. someone temps a character because no one is playing him, but he is central to the story).
If a character is not currently being played and you just need the character for a few posts, don't worry about asking for the character. Just be SURE no one can claim the character before you do this. When in doubt, check the latest list.
Also...we are not currently accepting new residents of Port Charles. There are many past and present residents to choose from.
