Other Mars Anomalies

The face and cynodia region are not the only anomalies present on mars there are lot of other structures with anomalies

INCA CITY Take a look at this picture this was taken by Mariner 9 probe's of NASA two decades back. It was popularly given name Inca city based on ancient Inca civilization carvings. Click on image to view larger image.These lines can be natural but look at the geometry of these lines . They are made parallel to each other and also have parallel lines intersecting these lines . Although, they seem to be artificial but not much study have been done on it.

A CRASHED PLANE?
This image has been taken by MGS as you can see in the image the central structure has left demarcation's behind it as if it is a crashing UFO the sand behind it seems to be moved by this moving object. It can also be trail of dust and rocks left behind the structure by high velocity winds. But see the second picture the trail behind the object is too long and also the object also seem to be on "top" if such trail had been made by nature than definitely the object itself would have been covered sand or dust , but under any circumstances the path and structure of the trail cannot
occur naturally . So it's is speculated that can it be an alien ship which some how crashed on mars and while it slided off the surface may have left the trail and the object itself may be that UFO. During other sessions MGS may photograph this structure again I'll keep you updated but till April30 2001, it is the only information available. Click on picture to see high detailed version.

IS IT A FOREST?

Recently, some new images have come to light, courtesy of Graham Orme, taken by MGS in 2000 near the Martian south pole, of more unusual landforms which for all the world look like large-scale vegetation of some sort or possibly ancient coral as has also been suggested. Is this really evidence of macro life, past or present, or just another form of unusual geology, which Mars is becoming known for .One aspect of these formations to be considered is size. The original NASA scaled image posted on the MSSS web site is approximately 2.83 km by 20.46 km in size, making the one large 'bush' near the top left hand corner of the picture approximately one-third of the width, or .94 km across (.6 miles or 3,168 feet). Single plants of this size are hard to imagine perhaps, making the 'coral' analogy more likely, composed of many individual plants spread out over a larger area, _if_ these formations are biology related. On Earth, seagrass beds can cover large areas, up to a few thousand square km, as can coral, etc. Of course, anything akin to fossilized remains of seagrass or coral would imply there was a standing ocean of water at some point in the past, of which there is other growing evidence in recent years from the MGS and other probes. These analogies are put out simply as possibilities, for others to follow up on.

RUNAWAY LINES
This was taken by Russian probe in 1988 of straight lines in the area of the Martian equator; some of the lines were short, some were longer, some were thin, some were wide enough to look like rectangular shapes 'embossed' in the Martian surface. Arranged in rows parallel to each other, the pattern covered an area of some six hundred square kilometers (more than two hundred and thirty square miles). The anomaly appeared to be far from a natural phenomenon. And it's size approx. 300 miles is even more intriguing.
In a T.V.show Dr. John Becklake of the London Science Museum described the phenomenon as very puzzling, because the pattern seen on the surface of Mars was photographed not with the spacecraft's optical camera but with its infrared camera- a camera that takes pictures of objects using the heat that they radiate, and not by the play of light and shadow on them. In other words, the pattern of parallel lines and rectangles covering an area of almost two hundred and fifty square miles was a source of heat radiation. It is so highly unlikely that a natural source of heat radiation (a geyser or a concentration of radioactive minerals under the surface, for example) would create such a perfect geometric pattern. When viewed over and over again, the pattern definitely looks artificial; but as for what it was, the scientist said "I certainly don't know."

PHOBOS "Mars Moon" ITSELF AN ANOMALY

From the two of the Mars moons phobos is considered to be an mysterious object in itself there are a lot of anomalous pictures available on phobos and of the anomalous structures at phobos.The image on the left was sent by Russian probe in early 90's. The mission of Russian probe is highly controversial while the Russian probe was taking pictures , it suddenly lost contact and is now considered to be destroyed by some object. Russian space agency faced more trouble when Russian ufologist released the last picture's taken by probe which was published in a Russian news paper. In the last picture one can see clearly a cylindrical object projecting out of phobos and now it is ceratin that this object was itself responsible for destruction of Russian oribe. It is now known that phobos wasn't visible till 1877 and theoretically one of the two mars moon is artificial READ HERE it is an amazing story.

The other controversy is about the alleged MONOLITH present on phobos a lot of study has been done on it. NOTE: that the monolith picture on the right was made available by earlier US probes and NOT by Russian space probe.
