Joe Klinkman was chosen to replace Matthew Wyatt after persisted with his Socialist Propaganda. Wyatt was fired and Joe took his position immediatly afterward.

Unlike the last Minister of Liberal Affairs, Joe is not a Socialist or Communist. Unlike his predecesor who was blinded by his divotion to Socialism, Joe stands by what he believes is right while being open to other peoples views at the same time. Perhaps that is why "Everyone Likes Joe," a conclsion the Kevin, his staff, and all our friends out there come up with.

Joe will be attending school in Peru for part of our Senior year, Kevin will keep in touch with Joe durring his time down there.  Yes, he is bringing back pictures.
