This CD is a compilation of live performances at Canton House in Canton, Massachusetts in 1987 and 1988. John Spreier produced and recorded the album using a line level direct from the mixing consule. Nick Smith played guitar, sang the lead vocals, and programmed the drums on all of the tracks. He recorded the bass on all of the tracks except Heart of Gold. He played harmonica on Heart of Gold. John Spreier played guitar on all of the tracks except Heart of Gold where he played the bass. He provided the harmony vocals on all of the tracks. Dean recorded the keyboards on Rock Around the Clock, When the Going Gets Tough, and Falling in Love With You. Treat Her Right was written by Roy Head. Jailhouse Rock was written by Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller. Johnny B. Goode was written by Chuck Berry. La Bamba was written by Ritchie Valens. Rock Around the Clock was written by Max C. Freedman and Jimmy de Knight. Sharp Dressed Man was written by Billy Gibbons, Dusty Hill, and Frank Beard. Surfin' USA was written by Chuck Berry and Brian Wilson. When the Going Gets Tough (The Tough Get Going) was written by Billy Ocean. Falling in Love With You was written by George Weiss, Hugo Peretti, and Luigi Creatore. Old Time Rock and Roll was written by Bob Seger. Heart of Gold was written by Neil Young.
