To those who have seen "Soul Taker" one of the characters has a spin-off of her own. That character is Nakahara Komugi. Unlike "Soul Taker" (a series I haven't seen right now), Komugi's series happens to be a series with a magical girl's touch.
So, the Earth is in trouble. A goddess has sent forth Mugimaru, a mystical creature, down to Earth to combat this evil force. Luck has it that he met up with Komugi and he explained to Komugi what was going on. So, Mugimaru, who starts being healed up, gives Komugi the essentials to combat this menace.
It so happens that this so called "menace" is some driving force in Kokubunji Koyori, who happens to be a friend of Komugi. Koyori may be an innocent girl. When the time comes, she will act the total opposite.
At first glance, you may think, "Another magical girl series?" Wrong. "Mah shjo": don't be fooled by that. This is not your usual mah shjo series. While I'm at it, this is not a shjo series either. This is a parody of various mah shjo series and many series for that matter.

Um, let's see. Where do I begin? Ha ha ha!
You have Mugimaru showing up near Komugi at the wrong place at the wrong time. You have Komugi shouting some random super robot phrases. You have Koyori and Komugi fighting their throats off. Do I need to say more? =P
The comedy here is that good. What's also good about this series is that I sometimes root for Koyori! While I'm at it, I wonder why Koyori does not have her own series. Give her her own series!
The funny part is I have the mentality of Amelia from "Slayers". I want the bad guy to be taken down. However, this is one of the few series in which I root for the antagonist and sometimes say, "Go Koyori!"
As for flaws, there are a good amount of jokes that will miss the mark. Yeah, I might bright forth a light chuckle for some jokes, but that's all. Other than that, there's nothing more I can say.

Catchy music, spiffy voice actors, do I need anything more? Let me grab my ballot now. "The next voice actress that should be in the Hall of Fame is Momoi Haruko-san for being flat out crazy as Komugi and for her other roles as well."
Art - 10
There are some scenes that remind me the art of "G.T.O." even though this is a magical girls show. I find this to be interesting. This series shows how diverse it can be. Yeah, some scenes can look ugly and I mean that there will be trouble, but it can expand at least.
