He was born on November 5, 1974 in Danbury, Conn. He married Joanne Hade on October 13, 2007 in Charleston, S.C. He started in the real estate appraisal field in Dec of 2000, worked with 2 companies, one residential and one residential commercial prior to starting his own company in 2005. He currently holds the CR designation which allows him to train apprentices, and teach and appraise properties for an unlimited transaction value. He covers 7 counties and specializes in lake properties of the 5 lakes in the upstate of south carolina since 2000.
