Resizing
columns
We shall change the currency to allow for cents. The width of the
cell needs to be increased so we can see the cents.
Step 3.33 Define B3 to E5 and click on the $ button.

The ####### in the columns indicate that the data is too wide to fit the cell. To adjust the width of a column, position the cursor on the border in the heading of the column you want to resize.
Step 3.34 Position the cursor on the border between the column B and C headings.

The shape of the cursor should change to a cross-hair .
Step 3.35 Drag the cursor to the left and release. If the number still does not fit continue widening the column.

Printing
the worksheet
To print the worksheet, follow the steps below
Step 3.37 Click on the print preview button on the tool bar.

Step3.38 Click on the zoom button to enlarge the picture.

Step 3.39 Click on the Print button when you are ready to print.
Step 3.40 Click on the OK button to confirm the printing. Excel will return you to the worksheet.
Save this worksheet.
Step 3.41 Choose Save from the File menu. This will overwrite the last saved copy of this worksheet.

four (the original should be called excel3) create a percentage
change column as shown below.
