Shading
We now want to shade the title row.

Step 1.17 Select the top row. Click on the Tables Icon to bring up the toolbar.

Step 1.18 Click on the shading colour icon and choose 20% shading.

Step 1.19 Finally adjust the title row a bit narrower.
