100 g Pro Nutro (but put it in food processor to get it nice and fine otherwise it will make your Boilies Crack)
Mix the dry and wet ingredients in different bowls. Take the dry mix and add to the wet mix little by little until the mixture is nice and firm.
Roll into balls about 16-20 mm in diameter and boil for 2-4 minutes. The longer you boil them the harder they will become.
Let the balls air dry (DON'T PUT THEM IN THE SUN). When they start to crack put them in a bag and add some Peanut or Olive Oil. Shake well to cover the boilies well (NOT TOO MUCH OIL).
Now let them dry again until hard .
Repeat process if needed.
For your hook baits, you can soak them by putting them in a bag and add some flavouring. Leave them for a day and then freeze them.
BOILIES BECOME SOUR or OLD AND NEED TO BE FREEZED TO BE PRESERVED.
TIPS
Dry Mix
Semolina is one of the best ingredients, but Soya flour is good if you can't find semolina.
Maize meal is also one of the best bulk ingredients you'll find and is very cheap. It makes your Boilies very dense and hard.
Look for things with a high vitamin content as well as proteins and minerals to get a balanced mix.
Morevite and or Mabella should also be added and have a high vitamin and protein count. Morevite makes your boilies sticky because it contains sugar, so Mabella (KING KORN) is better.
Most cereals are also good but are expensive as an ingredient.
Wet Mix
Flavouring
Flavour carrier (see tips on Boilie making)
Essential oil (actually a flavour in its own right)
Eggs (most important as it binds the ingredients together)
