He then married Tinnie Lee CROSSNOE on January 14, 1925 in Willis, Marshall County, Oklahoma. Tinnie was born on March 1, 1908 in McKinney, TX and died on May 4, 1985 in Willis, Marshall County, OK. They had eleven children. James Marion died on January 17, 1963 in Tishomingo, Oklahoma.
