Like the Scottish Qualification Authority this organization
produces a wide range of qualifications, particularly Higher Nationals. It's
program operates internationally like that of the CIE, but is English Language
based. It is probably the largest examination board in terms of variety of
subjects offered at different levels. Many of its qualification are by 'continuous
assessment' rather than final examination.
