         The operations of the regional offices in the United States are however being wound up due to economic and security constraints.

Selection Procedure

         The selection procedure consists of Group discussion and interview to be held at our regional offices in Asia and Africa (see bottom for list of regional offices).  The selection will be followed by 4 months of intense training. Candidates must complete this probation period during which they are expected to prove their abilities successfully. The employment offer will be confirmed on completion of training.

What we offer

         Selected candidates will get to work with experts in the most challenging of work environments  where their skills will be continually honed. In 2 years, a competent candidate could be heading a regional office of the company in any corner of the globe. The selected candidates will work in the areas of commodity sourcing, export-import, banking, investment analysis, drug supply chain management and mergers and acquisitions.

         The company has a decentralized  strategic model and offers great deal of autonomy to its managers.
During the first one year, the basic monthly salary will be US $ 500  but this is subject to revision. In addition, the company offers Performance related incentives and handsome field allowance.
HRA, medical allowance, and insurance benefits are  also offered.

         The company takes due care of its employees and our employee turnover last year was as low as 0.6 %.
