This is a listing of 10 books each. Let the listing begin...
The Bible.
It does not really need an introduction. To me, it could be read a thousand times and be different each time. I say this
because each time it is read, something new
can be learned, something that was not understood previously. A book that is never finished, a book that can be read
throughout a lifetime.

One of the books which made a big impression to me is 'War and Peace' by
Tolstoj. It took some time to read it all, but I felt well after every chapter.
n2.
This to me was a fascinating book, looking at knowledge
throughout history...is it better off not known? Some things can be very dangerous. Where do we draw the line?
h2.
In the past I read thick books. Another book now by Dostojevski was 'Crime and Punishment.'
n3.
A flowing book.
I wonder what the translation does to it, must be even more poetic
in its original language. This was chosen to read, although I would like to read at least part of Remembrance of Things Past. It is a book that
takes me to another time. h3.
Several times I read 'The Lord of the Rings' by J.R.R. Tolkien. Actually the first pictures we used in the Fairy Tale are illustrations in his books.

There were many
subjects throughout the book, some familiar, some not familiar. Very informative.
Fascinating stuff for me, it is not difficult for me to make sentences as he used to write. Theatrical, it 'looked' weird but it was not to me.. (lol).
Gandalf
n4. An abundance of poems by
Emily Dickinson.
A favorite of mine.
h4.
I read some books by Thomas Hardy. Two of them made a big impression to me: 'Tess of the d'Urbervilles' and 'Far from the Madding Crowd'. Wonderful how that man can captivate you.
Hardy
n5. A very depressing
book, but well-written.
It was after reading this that I began reading some of her poetry.
