Chapter 3! Email Gina here to tell her how you like it so far!

The nurse looked quizzically at them. "Taylor?"
"Yeah. You know, the boy in room #142?" Isaac tried to jog her memory.
"Oh, yes, him. He's fine. Just a little bit bruised on the head. Nothing major," the nurse assured them. They all breathed sighs of relief that Taylor wasn't severely hurt. They got permission to go see Taylor, and all headed in the direction of room #142. Celine and Delia stood back while Ike and Zac talked to Taylor. Then Taylor gestured for Celine and Delia to come forward. He looked at them curiously. "I don't think I know you guys. Why are you here?"
Celine chuckled nervously, and Delia spoke up. "Well, you guys were walking right outside of my house, and clumsy Celine here had to drop a flashlight on your head."
"Oh, so that's why my head hurts," Tay acknowledged. His eyes got wide and he turned toward Celine. She stepped away, thinking he was angry with her for practically giving him a concussion. "Thank you very much for doing that, Celine. I think you may have finally knocked some sense into me." The tensioned air between them was soon replaced with laughter. Celine and Delia pulled up a chair next to Ike and Zac. "So, how come we've never seen you guys around when you've lived down the street from us all this time?" Isaac inquired.
"I really don't know," Delia shrugged. "Celine only lives about a block away from me, and we don't see anybody around here out very often."
"We have no free time anymore!" Zac exclaimed. "It kinda sucks, though we are living our dream so I can't complain. You probably never see us because we're never here."
"Figures," Delia muttered quietly. Celine kicked her softly in the leg, and gave her a sharp look. Delia quickly covered up and said, "God, I bet that gets tiring."
Taylor sighed. "You bet." A moment later a nurse ushered them all out of the hospital room. In about 20 minutes, Taylor was released from the hospital and quickly joined the rest of his family and Celine and Delia in the lobby.
The drive home was pretty uneventful, except for Zac who would crack an occasional joke here and there. Celine and Delia were dropped off at Delia's house a few minutes later. All of the Hanson's waved good-bye, and as Delia and Celine walked out of the van, Isaac suggested, "Maybe we'll see you around sometime."
"Maybe," Celine agreed, smiling as she stepped out of the van, followed by Delia.

Finally, Delia and Celine were ready to go to sleep, after all of the night's chaos and commotion. Right as Celine was drifting off to sleep, Delia spoke up. "Lina?"
"Yeah?" came Celine's groggy reply.
"I think it was all a bad omen," Delia declared.
"What?" Celine was now thoroughly confused, not to mention half-asleep.
"Meeting the Hanson's was all a bad omen," Delia repeated. "I think what happened tonight was some kind of warning to stay away from them." Del's tone was dead serious and her face showed no signs of humor at all.
"Whatever," Celine mumbled, before falling into a light slumber.
