  PROJECT INFORMATION: 

• The target of the Project is set up of Joint Venture for construction of mine, concentrating plant with the necessary production infrastructure.
• Deposit stocks: 5,611 thousand tons of ore, including 1.05% of tin and 0.48% of copper.
• Project's Readiness: Business Plan and technical project of "Urmi" mine is available.

FINANCIAL DATA OF THE PROJECT: 

• Required Investment : US$ 25.4 million loan for 3 years.
• Forms of Cooperation: Joint Venture and loan.
• Target of investment: Construction works and technologies.
• Guarantees: negotiated. Mortgage is possible.
• Financial Data: Gross sales - US$ 9.2 million per year until 2006, net profit - US$ 2.9 million per year. Stocks for 25 years of operation are available.
• Return Period: 8.5 years.
• Profitability: 46.4 %
• Forms of Investments Return: Money and production.
