Grandkids!

Will "Dr. Jesse" be a baker?

This is our grandson. He's helping me decorate a cake for his "surrogate" aunt's wedding. This photo is the result of playing with Photoshop and Gifmation.

He was named after his parents' materal grandfathers: Jesse Carl.

Our little "angel!"

This is our granddaughter. She's sitting by a stuffed rabbit bought to wear her special crochet dress. She is so personable (not a grandma talking!)

She was named after her parents' grandmothers: Jeannette Alida.

I work in the Instructional Resource Center at Fort Hays State University. We mainly provide support (technical and emotional) for/to future & current teachers and for/to the faculty/staff.

I received a B.S. from Oklahoma State University (OSU) a few years back.

I was born in Oklahoma and now live in Hays, KS USA (in Ellis County) with my husband, James (most here call him Jim - and has a broad range of knowledge. He has exceptional fix-it abilities) -- lost James on October 14, 2000. We have one cat Bassie, we just lost his father, B*b*. My husband and I are both originally from Oklahoma , James from Northeastern corner while I was from Southwestern corner. We try to travel there often to visit relatives.

We have two children: Justina Anne (lives in Maryland and taught music at Baltimore Junior Academy) and Jeffrey Arnold (who just moved back to Hays to finish his degree at FHSU), one son-in-law , one grandson and one granddaughter !

After being connected to The Web at home, I started doing Home Pages because I wanted to have some pages for IRC, so ... (now I do most of the College of Education pages - have more to do!) I use mainly PageMill and will use Netscape Gold & Communicator, learning DreamWeaver, Home Page and so many other software programs that automatically translates to html. For personal pages & friends, I publish through Angelfire and now using Crosswinds (no limitation of space - except they've lost it 3 times & I lost heart of reloading, so now I'm using Jeff's file server with my url, www.lookyhere.org).

I'm learning

I started "playing" with a borrowed digital camera, Olympus D-220L; IRC now has an Olympus D-500L & Sony Mavica digital cameras. I'm also excited about playing with a borrowed digital camcorder - maybe someday we'll have one of those babies (at home and/or IRC). There's is always something new I want - which makes life exciting.
