The Fourth Reich  began on the Rockefeller Estate a few decades ago with the formation of the seemingly innocuous Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). Instead of targeting Jews, gypsies and homosexuals, it targets all poor people regardless of religion, ethnic background or sexual preference.

But it's important to understand that the FR is much more than just a bunch of back-room billionaires making decisions causing widespread planetary suffering--but also relatively innocent little mid-western USS fraternity-boys and sorority-girls with M.A. degrees from business schools who attend soft-sell TC social occasions and pick up the propaganda line without even realizing it. In between these two extremes there are of course many many shades of grey

The FR started getting more serious when the CFR formed the Trilateral Commission (TC) as a tactical (and thus less secretive) arm of itself. The TC  originally was about 30% American, 30% European, 30% Japanese and 10% Canadian. The original Americans of the CFR had realized they could get away with more if they were able to operate with impunity outside the legal systems of all the major nation-states.

The TCs first project evidently was infiltration of mass media and higher education--especially inside its US Sector. Kissinger played a key role in this.

The TC also infiltrated both major U.S. political parties. Reagan's and Carter's Cabinets averaged about 80% TC members.

Meanwhile, the CFR was publishing a periodical called Foreign Affairs,  which as a smoke screen tried to resemble periodicals in which hapless irrelevant professwhores act out their publish-or-perish trips. In fact, Foreign Affairs  is the Fourth Reich’s central intramural propaganda organ. Among its most important extramural propaganda outlets are The International Herald-Tribune, The New York Times, The Washington Post.

The Third Reich prefers dictators but the Fourth Reich is neutral as to democracy or dictatorship, preferring whichever seems more likely to result in relative business stability.  Whenever democracy seems to provide more stability, the Fourth Reich provides conspicuous support for it (part of its broader Democracy Show) via its tightly controlled MMM; on the other hand, its support of dictators is relatively secret.

By the mid-Nineties the TC had been so successful in its extensive infiltrations of the US Sector federal government and key media outlets that it began to act coyly to avoid being too conspicuous.  At this same time the CFR became less covert and began brazenly arranging for its paid agents to occur as "experts" or "spokespeople" no longer merely via one of their front groups (like  Brookings) but now for CFR itself.  Thus in November '98 the CFR's unforgivable Paula Dobriansky appeared on CNN at a key moment to urge that the Anglo-American military machine attack Iraq and murder lots more of its civilians.

The Fourth Reich is the most sophisticated effort at mind control thus far.  With few exceptions the very best public-relations specialists ("flacks") have been willing to pimp shamelessly for it as long as it gradually increased the size of its bribes to them.  What these flacks have come up with is totally admirable from any machiavellian genocide-loving viewpoint.  They knew that the take-over--which they refer to as the global economy--would occur more swiftly is the Fourth Reich were designed to resemble as much as possible an amorphous indistinguishable mass.  Thus the FR is simultaneously a bunch of billionaires and their pimps meeting secretly in a back room plus a Simply Lovely weekend social occasion with memorable food, drink, music and sport for quasi-innocent USS midwestern fraternity-boy/sorority-girl business nerds.

The FR cleverly allows its opinions to be represented by such a wide variety of front groups that there appears to be no center, no conspiracy.  And its flacks are of course too hip not to recognize the value of having their propaganda parroted as often as possible by women and nonwhites--who alas seem in unlimited numbers all too eager to have the Rockefellers' swollen dicks jammed roughly down their throats.

The most powerful recent example of having a petrol dick jammed down one's throat occurred November 13 at about 0555 GMT when CNN's Simply Lovely Jonathan Mann was politely forced to relay the following "news" from the UN climate conference in Buenos Aires:
     Oil consumption is generally the primary enemy of people      fighting greenhouse-gas emissions.  But does it have to be?            Saudi Arabia is asking other nations at the climate conference not      to discriminate.  The Saudis are opposed to new taxes on oil, for             example, and to countries reducing their oil imports.  The kingdom      is sitting on reserves of about 260 billion barrels of oil and it's      asking other countries to please keep an open mind.

Poor Jonathan!  He must have been spitting out Brent Crude for days afterward!  His mouth was so full he couldn't tell folks that USS oil corporations get almost half the Saudi oil profits!  Couldn't tell folks that, causally speaking, petrol's share of responsibility for the monumental destructiveness of the "Mitch" hurricane is at least thirty percent!
 
Jonathan is reducing the life-expectancies of his own children (if he has any) by uttering such horridly biocidal mind-control shit.  But in fairness to him we must remember that if he refused to do so, he'd probably have to go-on-unemployment, which often these days
leads to malnutrition and early death.

Meanwhile, the CFR's Back Room Boys continue to gather--sometimes on the Rockefeller estate--to make secret decisions which quickly become significant changes in the values expressed at the USS White House, USS State Department and in MMM.  But at the same time we must be aware that these Back Room Boys are bright enough to encourage a somewhat argumentative dialectic among the professwhores and others who prepare data-bases for them.  Their paid professwhores are not allowed to suggest that the "global economy" isn't The Highest Good--but they're quite free to disagree about whether current interest-rate cuts will be helpful in the medium term, whether credit-rating agencies sometimes behave politically, etc.

There's also currently (11/26) an interesting disagreement about whether there's more money in obliterating Iraq to increase oil prices or in keeping those prices low to extort concessions from cash-starved oil-exporting nations.

But the main reason the TC has a lower profile and the CFR a higher one than several years ago is that the end of the Cold War allows the USS to dominate by itself rather than depend on a coalition.  The TC had conceded a degree of influence to Japan and Europe but the CFR has always been predominantly American.

This new freedom-to-dominate allows Americans to feign obedience to the WTO while actually planning to use their outrageous unilateral Super 301 law whenever they're majorly displeased with a WTO decision.  "Amerika Uber Alles"--but the flacks convey a quite different impression.

Yes, these clever flacks provide one of the most conspicuous differences between the Third and Fourth Reichs.  The former put a much smaller percentage of its budget into public relations and thus Hitler's evil doings were easier to discern than those of the latter's Back Room Boys.  The Fourth Reich's use of females and non-Aryans as spokespeople mannequins gives its trip a folksy feel and helps it usually get away with referring to itself as the international community and so on.  The flacks put on a show not crassly crammed with armed-and-dangerous brownshirt thugs but rather pleasantly abundant with cheerful Cary-Grant-looking guys in blue pimpstripe suits sipping elegant wines and contributing frequently to the March of Dimes and the Little League.

Thus within a decade these pimpstripe smiley-boys probably will get away with murdering (mainly through lack of food and medicine) many more than the six or seven million attributed to the Third Reich.  And they won't be prosecuted for their massive crimes of genocide and biocide unless today's under-25 generation rebells even more deeply and effectively than the corresponding generation of the Sixties.

Probably the most impressive accomplishment of these diabolical flacks is the way they've concealed the hardcore intentions of the Fourth Reich within a vast subtle semblance of amorphousness.  They certainly know how to make a conspiracy appear to be not-a-conspiracy!  They do it so well that it's extremely difficult for young people to see through them.  Thus the under-25 generation so far shows no significant signs of rebellion.

The Fourth Reich is not averse to adopting certain characteristics of the Third.  A clear contemporary example of this is Monsanto's use of Hitler's "Big Lie" tactic.  That corporation recently announced that "Monsanto will only bring to India products and technologies which are consistent with what India wants and its laws approve... Monsanto has not and will not bring to India any technology that will adversely affect the environment or current agricultural practices. "

Actually, Monsanto is already experimenting in India with bioengineered seeds whose pollen could totally eliminate adjacent indigenous seeds and thus make farmers dependent on its seeds.

The Fourth Reich loves female mid-echelon business executives because most of them are still willing to work for less money than analogous males demand.

Among the Fourth Reich's major front-groups are the World Trade Organization (WTO), International Monetary Fund (IMF), World Bank (WB), European Commission (EC), Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

A clear contemporary example of poor people being targeted is provided by the IMF's conditions for its loans to Indonesia.  The poor there are dying from lack of food because the IMF is acting mainly to help rich people recoup their Indonesian losses.

In  74 or 75 the TC met (only about one third of them were US citizens) to decide what sort of person they'd like as the next US President. They decided they wanted somebody with an agricultural background because that would be the best smokescreen for his total obedience to them. So they brought The Little Peanut Farmer (Jimmy Carter) out of enormous obscurity and threw so much money his way that of course he took over the local US Sector's socalled federal government.

By this time the Fourth Reich was travelling beneath a number of euphemisms--for example, multinationals, transnationals, globalists, etc. Often when major media outlets pimp for the Fourth Reich, they refer to it as "the international community". That's the most laughable deception of all.

The Gulf War got started a year or two before '91 when a bunch of these sordid transnationals offered Saddam and his circle such ridiculously low prices for several major Iraqi natural resources that the Iraqis had to say no to maintain any self-respect. So they were put on a hit list with Cuba, Libya, North Korea, and Syria with the idea that whenever favorable PR factors were available, one of them would be obliterated as a message to all of them. The Iraqi invasion of Kuwait (which the Americans had encouraged behind the scenes) of course provided greatly favorable PR factors. (Paradoxically Syria was an ally in the obliteration of Iraq.)

Let me give you an example of the difference between Third Reich energies and Fourth Reich ones within the US sector. The US Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) is an analog of the Third Reich--not a sequel to it. It gets its sadistic kicks targeting Mexicans so poor they have to sneak across the U.S. border looking for work--but the Fourth Reich would like to see lots more of these people slipping past the INS bullies because these people then would create significant downward pressure on wages in the US Sector without a corresponding significant upward pressure on wages in the Mexican sector.

The infamous Jesse Helms is probably the US Senate's best example of a scoundrelous Third Reich analog. The Fourth Reich wants him to advocate giving huge sums of US government money to the IMF—but he won't because he knows that most of the money would benefit non-Aryans.

The Third Reich started the Cold War (cf Christopher Hinkle's BLOWBACK) and the Fourth Reich ended it via the Nixon-Kissinger initiative with China and later USS initiatives with Russia

The Third Reich murdered 6 or 7 million Jews, gypsies and homosexuals. How long will it be before the Fourth Reich has murdered a larger number of poor people? The answer to that is complicated. Mainly we have to factor accurately the role of petroleum (and other fossil fuels) in the exacerbation of  EWEs since about 1970, which is approximately the time the Fourth Reich stopped talking and began the actual physics of their attempted planetary take-over.

First we must arrive at a total figure for people killed since then by EWEs - either in floods or from malnutrition caused by floods and droughts. Then we'd add a figure for the smaller numbers of those killed by extreme temperatures and wind-velocities.

It's currently estimated that 2 million people in North Korea have died from lack of food during the EWEs of the last few years. We'd need to study the weather records of that place going back to the beginning of the 20th century in order to arrive at an approximation of the size of Big Oil's responsibility. My guess is that the very worst 4-year period for EWEs (El Ninos and otherwise) prior to '95 would cause agricultural devastation on a scale of perhaps a half-million deaths. But to be on the safe side let's say that the Fourth Reich is responsible for only about a million of these deaths.

If the Fourth Reich had acted toward North Korea in even a minimally humane manner when the deaths began to escalate in '95, almost all of these 2 million innocent people would be alive today. Instead, they chose to use the famine as an opportunity to extort social changes in North Korea. "Spread your legs or you'll get no food from us!" What an irony that they'd act this way when, after all, their petroleum scam had caused most of the famine in the first place!

Another million people (mainly babies and children) have died from lack of food and medicine in Iraq since '91. But we can't ascribe all these deaths merely to the Fourth Reich, for both it and the local US Third Reich have huge financial incentives for such a monumentally disgraceful project. The Fourth Reich has received many extra billions in obscene profits each year since '91 from the Iraqi sanctions via  the huge increases in oil pumped from Saudi facilities which they half own. The Third Reich has also received huge obscene profits each year since '91 via the ludicrously large budgets provided for the infamous US military. But the Fourth Reich must accept major responsibility, so let's estimate that they have killed about three-quarters of a million sentient human beings in Iraq. The Fourth Reich is punishing the Arab world for resisting their efforts to take over local Arab economies as has happened already in most Southeast Asian nations.

Dwight Eisenhower’s last words to the American people after 8 years as their President were: "Beware the military-industrial complex."  That was in 1960, so of course he was referring to a complex within the old U.S. nation-state and thus a complex more reminiscent of the Third Reich than the Fourth. In those days US foreign policy was determined predominantly by Americans. Today that policy is determined mainly by "foreigners"--as exemplified by our earlier story about the selection of Jimmy Carter to be US President.

The old-fashioned Third Reich had to transport their six or seven million victims usually rather long distances to the culminating gas chambers. The Fourth Reich saves transportation costs by turning our precious home-planet atmosphere into their gas chamber. They do this by increasing atmospheric carbon-dioxide (CO2) levels through the burning of the fossil fuels which bring them such obscene profits. The higher CO2 levels (plus other disruptive gases) lead to such an appalling increase in the frequency and intensity of EWEs that very large numbers of poor people are in effect executed via floods, fires and famine.

Why don't all these innocent EWE victims get vastly more attention in the Fourth Reich's MonoMassMedia (MMM)? Mainly because they're protecting Big Oil from class-action litigation (analogous to the legal actions against tobacco companies) on behalf of these victims.

MMM outlets devoted hours and hours of coverage to the 229 deaths in the crash of a Swissair jetliner. How many innocent poor people on this planet died that same day from the effects of the Fourth Reich's  gas chamber? How many grief-counsellors have been provided for relatives of the many thousands of innocent people killed by petroleum-exacerbated EWE floods this year in Tibet, China, Bangladesh, India, North Korea, Sudan, Japan and many other places?  How much compensation will be paid to their surviving kin? The reason MMM provided such ludicrously detailed coverage (ludicrous especially in the midst of such a horrendous home-planet biological emergency) was: "My God! There might have been a millionaire aboard that plane." (The billionaires have their own planes.) Yessir, the Fourth Reich takes care of its own.

Today's (September 6) coverage talked about police and military escorts provided for relatives of crash victims to protect their privacy as they visited a place a few miles from the crash. Have escorts been provided for relatives of the flood victims? What about their privacy? Total MMM coverage of the dozens of disastrous floods during the past year has been far less than the coverage of the Swissair Crash during the past few days. To refer to this as an obscene proportion is a vast understatement. It represents a proportion so obscene as to be reminiscent of science-fiction rather than anything familiarly earthly.

I'm doing this one in some detail because it's a prime example of insidious Fourth Reich background values in the decisions about what gets covered--and for how long--in all the news outlets they so tightly control. Increasingly every year, what gets called general news is in fact news-for-the-business-executive. The unspeakable CNBC news outlet is the vanguard of this tendency because it comes comes closest to getting away with restricting news coverage to just gambling casinos (stock markets and currency exchanges) and corporate sports competitions.

The Fourth Reich is slow-motion genocide for a number of reasons--one being its preoccupation with massive currency gambling. I know of no more lucid description of this than the following summary provided by Bernard Lietaer as reprinted from IFG NEWS:
  From the Real Economy to the Speculative 

The Fourth Reich's impacts on food production are another reason to regard their energy as slow-motion-genocide. The main impacts of course come from their transformation of the atmosphere into a lethal gas chamber.

But they also have a massively negative effect on even the crops which survive the gas chamber. The story of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) in India is an interesting example of this. Through bribery or extortion KFC got a license in India for a huge beef-export operation in which enormous quantities of food grains go into the mouths of cattle instead of humans. The Indian government has statistics revealing a 40% drop in human food consumption in rural India between '92 and '96. Certainly KFC was a significant factor in this. The genocidal aspect becomes clearer when we remember that there was much malnutrition in rural India even before the 40% drop.

The KFC story in India also exemplifies the Fourth Reich's increasing tendency to get local authorities to do their dirty work.  In early '96 on the anniversary of Gandhi's murder about 300 Indian farmers non-violently trashed a KFC retail outlet in Bangalore. About 100 of them were arrested. On the following day the US ambassador (the scoundrelous Frank Wisner) phoned the chief minister of the State of Karnataka and demanded the arrest of a 61-year-old law professor (M.D. Nanjundaswamy) even though he hadn't been present at the action. The chief minister obliged, the professor was arrested and he plus all the arrested farmers were charged with attempt-to-murder even though they'd conscientiously avoided any harm to any sentient being.

The huge US seed conglomerate Cargill is also playing a genocidal role in India. One of their own newsletters says: "One who controls the seed controls the farmer and one who controls the food trade controls the nation." It's currently trying to take advantage of a Fourth Reich stipulation (enforced via the WTO, one of its front groups) that in a couple more years it becomes illegal for Indian farmers to sell or even barter seeds among themselves. Cargill seeks monopolistic control of sorghum, maize, and sunflower seeds.

Indian resistors in '93 attacked Cargill's offices in Bangalore and made a bonfire of their papers. Two months later a Cargill seed unit under construction about 400 kilometres from Bangalore was razed.

India stands gallantly and gandhianly at the forefront of homeplanet resistance to transnationalism.

In sharp contrast, resistance within the US Sector is mainly laughable because it is "led" by those who merely describe the phenomenon in books, speeches and news conferences, then put profits from those activities into their own pockets instead of funding  "disobedient" action groups.  However, a recent gesture in California may mark the beginning of a tendency from opportunism to resistance.

Additionally, there's a group called Reclaim The Streets currently circulating some quite encouraging plans for a variety of resistance activities planetwide  June 18, 1999 .
 
 The US military has thus far been eager to pimp for the Fourth Reich because the conclusion of the Cold War makes it increasingly difficult to justify the ludicrously large annual military budgets. But each time it is called upon, it exacts a higher price. The best example of this is the contrast in mass media coverage of the Vietnam and Gulf wars. Though there was much censorship of Vietnam news, nevertheless what got through brought millions of people onto the streets. Mass media journalists covering the Gulf War had to put up with total censorship under martial law. One of them who had been a lieutenant-colonel in the Vietnam war said his Gulf War journalist job was much more dangerous because whenever he made the tiniest effort independent of pool coverage, soldiers pulled guns on him. (Evidently the Fourth Reich has conceded autonomous control of NASA to the US military. There seemed to have been no civilian influence on the last-minute decisions pertaining to the launch of Cassini in autumn '97 with its huge load of plutonium.)

Was this raid instigated by the Swiss Bank for International Settlements (BIS)?

In any case, The Fourth Reich elected not to do the raid themselves in blue pimp-striped suits but rather to have the local Third Reich cops do it. But they had to throw them a bone, so they promised there'd be a Jew there and also other non-Aryans. The Fourth Reich itself is not anti-Semitic or opposed to non-Aryans. In fact, it's quite pleased with non-Aryans because most of them are willing to work longer hours for lower wages.

Similarly The Fourth Reich is neither Right nor Left; it merely wants either of them to provide stability and then spread legs wide.

These same goals of stability and whorish subservience to itself lead the Fourth Reich to be nervous of genuine democracy but extremely satisfied with any convincing semblances of it. They love regularly scheduled elections as long as they control all major political parties.

A quite interesting example of the Fourth Reich's subversion of genuine democratic processes occurred in the city of Philadelphia in the US Sector during a protest parade or picket 10 or 12 years ago. When the protesters neared the place where the TV cameras were, plainclothes cops with signs pertaining to the abortion issue jumped in front of the signs carried on behalf of poor people. This is a perfect microcosm of the Fourth Reich's black-out of poor people's concerns throughout their MMM empire. I wonder if Wackenhut got that particular assignment. Wackenhut is a private US police agency which does the work so extremely dirty that not even the FBI or CIA or Naval Investigative Service (NIS) or LA cops will do it.

Besides the Swiss raid, there is another good example of the ease with which the Fourth Reich can get local cops to behave criminally.   (see Policing the News) .

Currently in Cambodia the Fourth Reich has tilted against genuine democratic processes because they expect Hun Sen to spread his legs but expect Sam Rainsy to rebel.

We must never forget that the Fourth Reich has a tremendous financial incentive to destroy outdoor agriculture. Since it owns most of the planet's total wealth, it can make enormous profits by financing the transition to indoor. Of course, during that transition they'll establish rates of interest on loans so high that most family farmers will end up as serfs on land they once owned or, worse, be forced into cities under abominable conditions of malnutrition and slum housing. With tighter control of food they can keep food prices even higher than now.

That's why the Fourth Reich put so much energy into controlling the parameters of last December's UN climate-change conference in Kyoto, Japan. A decision there to reduce CO2 emissions hugely would have saved most current outdoor agriculture for at least the next few decades. Their control was so conspicuous that the head of the Marshall Islands nation-state, scheduled to speak on the opening day, instead boycotted the conference.

By continuing those emissions at approximately current levels, they'll create in about a decade a permanent El Nino. In the words of the director of the prestigious Mauna Loa Atmospherics Laboratory: "Instead of one or two years of cool water, we'll have El Nino on top of El Nino, and instead of lasting eighteen months, an El Nino will last 18 years."

The fact that most of this planet's television viewers don't realize the degree of Big Oil's responsibility  for the ferocious '97-'98 El Nino is a clear example of how thoroughly the Fourth Reich controls mass media.

 Let's keep in mind that the most consistent distinction between Third Reich and Fourth Reich agendas is that the former occurs within national frames (usually employing some sick form of patriotism) and the latter within transnational parameters.
 
Thus it was easier for the Fourth Reich to get control of mass media, "higher" education and the US federal government than the US military. Since that military's entire socialistic subculture is built around a sentimental concept of America Forever, America Uber Alles, etc., most of its commanders are reluctant to play along obediently with transitions leading to all major US foreign-policy decisions being determined by a majority of foreigners.

So how did people who care much more about money than America ever get control of these creepy military patriots? Mainly by getting control of those who determine each year the size of military budgets. But also by offering the military some major perks--for example, total control of world press coverage during wars and brief invasions and also total control of NASA though of course smiley civilians front for them.

(I must point out that there's a rival theory that the US military actually controls the US federal government and thus provides perks for the Fourth Reich rather than the other way around. Part of this theory has the first planning session for the murder of US President John Kennedy taking place  on the US aircraft carrier "Shangri-La." Certainly our present age of Nuclear Overkill strongly implies continually increasing power for the US military since only it has the ability to maintain and operate the weaponry of overkill--and thus can extort vast sums of money at its pleasure.)
The Fourth Reich manipulates patriotic images also--but only for purposes of profit. Coca-Cola's advertising campaign in Nazi Germany during the late '30s and early '40s  was an interesting forerunner of the Fourth Reich. In those days Coca-Cola always made sure there was at least one swastika present in all their ad and PR photos. But they didn't share the Third Reich's emotional relationship with the swastika.

Much of the Fourth Reich's terminology sounds like satire. My favorite is the phrase "investor confidence." It's used as a club to smash nations into total submission. Nations are told if they don't obey, investors will lose confidence and go away. But that would be good news for all but the wealthy few in poor nations because it would provide encouragement for reducing commitments to industrialism while strengthening commitments to agriculture. Why would any poor nation want investors to have confidence in it when inexorably such confidence leads to ravaging effects on that nation's general well-being?

Another laughable piece of Fourth Reich jargon occurs when they refer to an economy as having "sound fundamentals". The fundamentals of all transnationalized homeplanet economies are not only unsound but in fact downright perverse.

The word "fiscal" is at the heart of necrologic. What word could be farther from an awareness of the value of natural cycles? Yet the beginning of each fiscal year is marked by the Fourth Reich with such attention you'd think it represented some major event in nature.

"Fiscal" is one of the terms that helps the Transnationalists condition people to an adoration of money. In their tightly-controlled media they imply a worldwide Church of Money wherein billionaires are the bishops and millionaires the priests. Enormous acreages of trees are slaughtered for newsprint on which the citizens are indoctrinated with many details of the bishops' and priests' personal lives--for example, their favorite dinners, TV shows, alcoholic beverages and golf courses.

What's so sound about economies wherein it's bad news (lower stock prices etc) when unemployment drops and good news when corporations merge. Will it be the best news of all when all the corporations merge into a single entity and everybody everywhere has to buy everything from a single company store?

Devastating agricultural losses from EWEs are regarded as good news when discussed in the context of price changes in commodities trading: Up is always good and down is always bad.

But the deepest and most disastrous perversity of all is the Fourth Reich's notion that in judging their operations, economic profit is a more important factor than environmental impact. That is, they use a linear necrologic rather than a circular biologic.

Their necrologic takes this planet so swiftly towards utter lifelessness that we must hope for a worldwide economic "collapse" sooner rather than later. The sooner the collapse, the greater the remaining forestation, clean water, outdoor agriculture, etc. What the billionaires lament as "collapse" is in fact a desirous collapsing-back-into-the-agricultural-basics. Or collapsing from a vaulted necrologic to a bedrock biologic. Thus most people will be better off in the long term even if the billionaires are reduced to millionaires.

The perverse necrologic of the Transnationalists appears to result from forebrains (i.e., wafer-thin neocortexes) functioning so autonomously as to represent a significant derangement.  It's difficult to imagine the midbrain (intuition) or backbrain (instinct) being so stupid as to encourage long-distance transport of non-necessities during a planetwide eco-emergency. Wholebrain logic is circular--like a lunar calendar--and forebrain logic is linear--like a solar calendar. The Orient was able to hang on to circular logic for about two millenia longer than the Occident. That's quite an advantage, of course--c.f., Lily Abegg's THE MIND OF EAST ASIA.

The distinction between wholebrain and mere forebrain thinking is like the distinction between feral and domestic. Thus it's encouraging that in Australia these days there's a whole subculture of people calling themselves The Ferals. The loss of wholebrain thinking coincides (especially in Asia) with the loss of circular logic. And that point in time would seem to mark the beginning of Homo sapiens'  loss of sustainability, and thus the  beginning of that species being a major problem for most other species.
 
 What gets called "higher" education is in fact a formalised tyranny of the forebrain: A is either A or not-A, three is 50% more than two.

(Actually in the deepest sense three is a totally more powerful dimension than two because it's the beginning of spin and thus circuitry--a breakthrough from the lower linear dimension of two where energy is constricted within merely lateral parameters often described as the pingpong or battledore effect. Wouldn't you really rather go for a spin than a shuttle?)

For centuries people controlling societies have used colleges and universities as subtle containment camps for their most feared age-group--late teens and early twenties--because these people were at the height of their physical powers and thus always a danger. Many Indians got a very clear look at this when the British opened its "Calcutta University." It was exceedingly transparent to them that the "university" was a cynical hoax, a major element of a larger control-system.

But after a university has been around a while, it's much harder for people to see through it. And those universities around long enough to get away with talking about their "traditions" are even harder to see through. That's how Harvard gets away with all its shit. Let us never forget, ladies and gentlemen, that it was Harvard which provided a crucial springboard for the unspeakable! Henry Kissinger via its infamous Center for International Affairs, one of the earliest Fourth Reich front-groups.

The Fourth Reich is putting its own stamp--the mark of the beast?--on what has long been an appalling situation. Note carefully how today's university administratwhores and professwhores disempower their students by encouraging focus on the past instead of on, say, the current agricultural disasters resulting in millions of human deaths from lack of food. Among other important contemporary information being withheld is the death of the US as an autonomous nation-state and its replacement with a sector tightly controlled by the Transnational Federation operating outside the legal systems of all nation-states.

 The professwhores must be relatively genial and deft in order to withhold so much interesting information while simultaneously luring students away from the streets and into harmless obedient indoor spaces full of chairs and a blackboard.

Today's liberal-arts graduates are so out of it in terms of what's really happening that they seem like laughingstocks. But in fact it is their administratwhores and professwhores--and TV news commentatwhores--who are the true laughingstocks. The students have been subjected to such a sophisticated multi-level all-enveloping propaganda system that they've had little opportunity to see through it. Thus they shouldn't  feel ashamed once they learn what has happened to them.

The Fourth Reich controls university research through the traditional publish-or-perish syndrome.It's so simple. If you don't publish, you perish. And you don't publish if you say anything the Fourth Reich doesn't like.

Gore Vidal recently reminded us that when millionaires and billionaires throw bunches of money at colleges and universities it's not from sentimental memories of undergraduate days but rather from a desire to control how history is taught.

The US Sector is the Fourth Reich's flagship sector (though masquerading of course as an independent nation-state), its showcase, its control tower. (Cf, Noam Chomsky's WHAT UNCLE SAM REALLY WANTS.)  The Fourth Reich can't get away with presenting the multi-racial US as a Master Race--as the Third Reich did in Germany--so it's presented as a Master Society. The effort is appallingly successful. I spent the summer of  '94 in Ladakh (the western end of the Tibetan Plateau) and already many young people there had been conditioned to wear shirts and caps containing names of "celebrity" US commercial sports teams.

Satellite TV's dark powers are enormous. Through them the Fourth Reich can--and does-- control human mood. Soap-operas contain a clever mood formula: brief periods of feeling rather good followed by long periods of jealousy, bitterness, vindictiveness, etc.

They never show you very good moods because their market analysts say people don't consume many gadgets after they reach the summit of very good moods but consume a lot while seeking very good moods--either from the depths of bitterness or the plateaus of rather good moods. That's the main reason yoga shows are taboo on TV: they might lead to very good moods and thus a drop in consumption.

So you are allowed to be in a rather good mood as long as you're not also unusually confident. For a quite-confident person might become a threat to the Fourth Reichs authoritarian Transnational Federation. The vulture-like Council on Foreign Relations has discerned that by provisioning movies and TV dramas with overwhelming quantities of violence, public confidence can be kept low enough to be easily manipulatable. If the public wonders why it is being fed so much violence, MMM will arrange rigged polls whose results reveal the public actually wants violence, wants even more of it, etc.

The main reason the Transnational Federation opposes psychedelics (including cannabis) is because on balance they enhance confidence. So to keep confidence relatively low, the Fourth Reich's various legal systems ( the proposed MAI would be a new separate legal system specialising in dignifying plunder) outlaw psychedelics  in order to keep people addicted to alcohol, caffeine, sugar, petroleum, tobacco, heroine, cocaine, amphetamines, etc.

Alcohol's hangover, the crash after a caffeine or sugar rush, air pollution from petrol fumes, tobacco's lung diseases--all these are important elements in the Fourth Reich's mood-suppression and confidence-suppression strategies.

The Fourth Reich understands with characteristic diabolical cleverness the importance of keeping human mood low enough that people don't feel good enough often enough to care enough about their futures to be willing to go through the lifestyle changes necessary now to have those futures at all. If people don't care enough, the Fourth Reich can continue with absolute impunity to pump its filthy oil and destroy family farms. That's what they mean by "sound fundamentals"--but what's so sound about an economy wherein the basic energy (petroleum) when expended so poisons the surroundings that weather patterns neccessary for outdoor agriculture are massively undermined? Economic growth must come to mean growth of the biomass. Only then will an economy's fundamentals be sound. Only then will money no longer be death subtly and complexly masquerading as life.

And let's note well the Forth Reich's instigation of cultural genocide also. Helena Norberg-Hodge offers these comments (p 46, The Case Against The Global Economy) about recent changes among Ladakhis:
        Most importantly, having seen my friends change so dramatically, I have no doubt that the bonds and responsibilities of the traditional society, far from being a burden, offered a profound sense of security, which seems to be a prerequisite for inner peace and contentment. I am convinced that people were significantly happier before development and globalism than they are today. The people were cared for, and the environment was well sustained--which criteria for judging a society could be more important? By comparison, the new Ladhakh scores very poorly when judged by these criteria. The modern culture is producing environmental problems that, if unchecked, will lead to irreversible decline; and it is producing social problems that will inevitably lead to the breakdown of community and the undermining of personal identity.

The Fourth Reich's tactical operating style alternates bribery and extortion: gift and threat, gift and threat over and over. That's why the efforts of GATT, WTO, and now MAI are so important to them: they must establish the Transnational Federation as an autonomous authoritarian legal system "Uber Alles" because within the legal systems of the old nation-states they are felons.

I say "old" nation-states but let's keep in mind that the nation-state concept will be kept alive in MMM on behalf of the umpteen-trillion-dollar-a-year Fourth Reich sports hustle. What's left for Pepsi, Coke, Mobil, Nike, etc. to sponsor if there are no more fierce competitions between this or that team of agile soccer millionaires from Nation-State A and Nation State B?

Amping up competitiveness via "Sports News" in their ubiquitous (Rupert Murdoch now reaches 75% of the planet) media outlets causes riots after these "games" often enough to assure that people will retain their quite negative appraisal of human nature and thus be more pliable.

And "Sports News" has many other benefits for the Fourth Reich:

    1--They know that the most cost-effective way to control the  two billion impoverished folks they're victimizing  is to bestow fame and wealth on a few of them via interurban corporate athletic football this or  basketball that.

    2--It's also a cost-effective way to distract attention from the relentlessly intensifying homeplanet emergency.

    3--It's effective in controlling the values of children--a project so well funded we can't be surprised that transnationalized children become totally-out-of-it as adults. In the US sector somebody should do an update of Paul Goodman's GROWING UP ABSURD because growing up merely absurd was the good old days. For the US sector in the 1990s try growing-up-predatory or growing-up-ghoulish.

    4--It's a major help in establishing a fame-fetish society. After citizens have been indoctrinated to crave fame, thin slices of such can be dangled before them like carrots before asses. When they taste fame, almost all of them quickly become addicted. Thus they become easier to control: "If you're not obedient, we'll take away your media-niche." I have seen this most closely in the US sector environmental so-called movement (actually, with a few small-scale exceptions merely a bureaucracy) where spokespeople for the individual organisations soon learn that their media niches (and thus their prospects for fame) depend upon a certain degree of coyness in addressing the bio-emergency. Because their brief tastes of fame have addicted them and because fame is quite helpful in sucking money from culturebound fame-oriented foundations and philanthropists, they act out the necessary coynesses and thus the citizenry gets lulled into a deeper eco-complacency. When the fame-fetish and sports-fetish and money-fetish conditionings get combined, it results in stuff like the wealthiest athletes interviewed ad nauseum as "Sports News" and treated like wise philosophers and spiritual leaders. (My personal strategy for avoiding fame has involved using three names but never any one of them long enough to attract much MMM attention.)

The Fourth Reich understands how to neutralize radical leaders by bestowing fame on them so they no longer feel like Have-Nots and thus become obedient. But the Fourth Reich's inner circle cleverly disdains fame. They know they can get away with much more if they can remain Complete Unknowns. The Rockefellers--one of the founding families of the Fourth Reich--were aghast when one-of-their-very-own, Jay, ran for governor in an Appalachian state of the US Sector. To them, it was as though he'd suddenly dropped his pants in a crowded daycare center.

But Jay has been able to do some dirty-work for his family--for example, as head of a team investigating Gulf War Syndrome, he has been able to slow down the process leading inexorably to huge class-action litigations by huge numbers of debilitated veterans of the Fourth-Reich-instigated Gulf War.  Does anybody have a figure for how many illicit billions in extra oil profits the Rockefeller family has received during these seven years of sanctions on Iraq?

The advantage for the Fourth Reich in keeping people impoverished is that they then lack the nutrition necessary for the clarity necessary for a successful resistance to their oppressors.

George Soros recently lost $2 billion in Russia, then (9/16/98) announced that "the global capitalist system . . . . is coming apart at the seams." That's helpful because it will lead more people to discuss what's the best sequel to global capitalism. I'd certainly suggest bioregionalism: small autonomous societies determined not politically but on a basis of shared watershed, airshed, climate, culture. More on this later.
 
 These days, most of the Fourth Reich's manipulative energy is routed through the IMF. As a result, MMM carefully and complexly deceives all the planet's peoples about the true goals of the IMF. In a Bangkok Post article several months ago entitled "The IMF's Hidden Agenda" Walden Bello says in his final paragraph :
 
    "There is a belief going around industrial and government circles throughout Asia that Washington and the IMF conspired with the banks and speculators to bring about the region's financial meltdown. The alleged reason: to derail Asia from its march to become America's strategic economic and political rival in the 21st century. This is, of course, classical conspiracy theory, but it is a sign of the times that it now has the status of fact among economic and political elites that once served as Washington's staunchest backers in Asia."

And certainly the data supports the idea that transnationalism is genocide.In fact, it seems we have the beginnings of a Homosapiens die-back. Male sperm-count is falling and genital abnormalities at birth among both genders are rising. Continuing weirding of the weather patterns supporting outdoor agriculture probably will cause deaths from lack of food to double approximately each year for at least the next decade.

Of course we don't want to circulate any of the above information without subordinating it to direct action.

So we want to urge everybody to find a suitable focus  for next June 18th, a date selected by a group named Reclaim The Streets.
