The covenant our Father made with David is forever and unconditional. The throne of David is around today and its not hidden from anyone. David's throne is The Lord's Throne on earth waiting for His return. Psalm 89:1 [[Maschil of Ethan the Ezrahite.]] I will sing of the mercies of the LORD for ever: with my mouth will I make known thy faithfulness to all generations. The subject is to make known the faithfulness of the LORD to all generations. How will His faithfulness be made known! Psalm 89:2 For I have said, Mercy shall be built up for ever: thy faithfulness shalt thou establish in the very heavens. The subject, faithfulness of the LORD made known to all generations, can be seen in the heavens. That's how this covenant was made known to all generations, just look up at the heavens. If the sun, moon and stars are still in the heavens, then this covenant with the house of David still stands. Psalm 89:3 I have made a covenant with my chosen, I have sworn unto David my servant, The LORD made a covenant with David by His own Word, an oath sworn. Psalm 89:4 Thy seed will I establish for ever, and build up thy throne to all generations. Selah. David's descendants are FOREVER, and one of them is on the throne of Israel right now, today! The LORD said to all generations. Psalm 89:17 For thou [art] the glory of their strength: and in thy favour our horn shall be exalted. Horn means power. You can see a horn, its external. Its out there were everyone can see it, its not hidden. The British Monarchy is the oldest government on earth, with history you can trace it back to the kings of Judah. It is no surprise that the British Monarchy brought forth the KJV Bible under King James I of The United Kingdom. That is why we are reading the King James Bible right now. Psalm 89:18 For the LORD [is] our defence; and the Holy One of Israel [is] our king. Psalm 89:19 Then thou spakest in vision to thy holy one, and saidst, I have laid help upon [one that is] mighty; I have exalted [one] chosen out of the people. Psalm 89:20 I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him: Our Father loved David, He chose him out of the nation of Israel and anointed him king of Israel. Psalm 89:21 With whom my hand shall be established: mine arm also shall strengthen him. Psalm 89:22 The enemy shall not exact upon him; nor the son of wickedness afflict him. Psalm 89:23 And I will beat down his foes before his face, and plague them that hate him. The LORD'S hand is establish with David's throne on earth. Why do you think the king of the United Kingdom has an official title of Defender of the Faith. Psalm 89:24 But my faithfulness and my mercy [shall be] with him: and in my name shall his horn be exalted. In the NAME of the LORD will his national power be exalted. Did you say CHRISTIAN NATIONS. Psalm 89:25 I will set his hand also in the sea, and his right hand in the rivers. The United Kingdom was the greatest navel power in the world, now it's the United States. Just who is in the Persian Gulf today? The U.K. and the U.S.A. Psalm 89:26 He shall cry unto me, Thou [art] my father, my God, and the rock of my salvation. Psalm 89:27 Also I will make him [my] firstborn, higher than the kings of the earth. Psalm 89:28 My mercy will I keep for him for evermore, and my covenant shall stand fast with him. Psalm 89:29 His seed also will I make [to endure] for ever, and his throne as the days of heaven. The throne of David will be around as long as heaven is, David's descendants are forever. Psalm 89:30 If his children forsake my law, and walk not in my judgments; Psalm 89:31 If they break my statutes, and keep not my commandments; Psalm 89:32 Then will I visit their transgression with the rod, and their iniquity with stripes. Psalm 89:33 Nevertheless my lovingkindness will I not utterly take from him, nor suffer my faithfulness to fail. Psalm 89:34 My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips. This is an unconditional covenant, it's not based on anything man does. Our Father will not even alter this covenant with David. Psalm 89:35 Once have I sworn by my holiness that I will not lie unto David. Psalm 89:36 His seed shall endure for ever, and his throne as the sun before me. Psalm 89:37 It shall be established for ever as the moon, and [as] a faithful witness in heaven. Selah. David's descendants are forever and his throne will be around as long as the sun and moon are. Look up at the heavens, if you can see the sun and moon then David's throne with one of his descendants are over part of the house of Israel. Lets go to The Book of Jeremiah. Jeremiah 33:17 For thus saith the LORD; David shall never want a man to sit upon the throne of the house of Israel; It says THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL not the house of Judah. Jeremiah 33:19 And the word of the LORD came unto Jeremiah, saying, Jeremiah 33:20 Thus saith the LORD; If ye can break my covenant of the day, and my covenant of the night, and that there should not be day and night in their season; Jeremiah 33:21 [Then] may also my covenant be broken with David my servant, that he should not have a son to reign upon his throne; and with the Levites the priests, my ministers. Again the LORD says you will have to stop the sun and moon from coming out, to break His covenant with David. Jeremiah 33:22 As the host of heaven cannot be numbered, neither the sand of the sea measured: so will I multiply the seed of David my servant, and the Levites that minister unto me. David will have a lot of descendants, no it didn't end in the fall of Jerusalem by Babylon. Jeremiah ended up in Ireland with king Zedekiah's daughter and Jacob's pillow stone. Jeremiah 33:23 Moreover the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah, saying, Jeremiah 33:24 Considerest thou not what this people have spoken, saying, The two families which the LORD hath chosen, he hath even cast them off? thus they have despised my people, that they should be no more a nation before them. Our Father is talking about the House of Israel and the House of Judah. The fall of Israel was by Assyria, the fall of Judah by Babylon over one hundred years later. Jeremiah 33:25 Thus saith the LORD; If my covenant [be] not with day and night, [and if] I have not appointed the ordinances of heaven and earth; Jeremiah 33:26 Then will I cast away the seed of Jacob, and David my servant, [so] that I will not take [any] of his seed [to be] rulers over the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: for I will cause their captivity to return, and have mercy on them. You will have to stop the sun and moon to make our Father brake the covenants with Israel or David. This covenant our Father has with David is unconditional and everlasting. If you believe the WORD OF GOD, then Israel with one of David's descendants as king is somewhere on earth today. Lets end this study in the book of Isaiah. Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:7 Of the increase of [his] government and peace [there shall be] no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this. Who will perform this? The LORD will perform this, it's not up to a man. Remember this is about our Father's faithfulness to keep His word to David. This covenant to the house of David is established by the fact that the sun and moon are still with us. Most people think that the house of David ended about 2600 years ago at the fall of Jerusalem by Babylon. Do you question our Father's faithfulness or do you have eyes to see?
