Our facility is divided into two performance spaces - a 300-seat Mainstage Theatre and a Cabaret with flexible seating. You may rent one or both of the facilities for your theatre evening or plan a private "buy-out" for your group alone where the entire facility is yours for the evening.

L'ART offers excellent parking facilities adjacent to and behind our theatre.

We are very proud to be handicap accessible and are constantly striving to meet the special needs of our patrons.

L'ART is easily accessible from anywhere in the Delaware Valley with easy access to Rt. 70, Rt. 38, Rt. 295, Cuthbert Blvd., White Horse Pike and Center City Philadelphia.
