| WalthoughYou start of the game in your house. Go down the stairs and out the door. You will find that Prof. Oak is not in his lab so to get him to come you have to walk into the grassy area. When you do Prof. Oak will come up and lead you to his lab. There you will get to pick out of 3 Pokémon, Squrtile, Bulbasaur, or Charmander. Pick one the Gary will. Walk away, as you do Gary decides to fight you. Fight him then leave. You don't have any Pokéballs, so you can't catch Pokémon yet, but you can battle them to increase your Pokémon's levels if you want. Head into the Grassy area's out of Pallet Town, and head into the next town which is Verdian City. The Gym there is closed so you can't battle the gym leader. Heal your Pokémon if they need to be then go to the Pokémart. At the Pokémart the mart keeper will give you pacage to deliver to Prof. Oak. Go back to Pallet Town a give the pacage to him. Then Gary will come. Prof. Oak will give both of you a Pokédex. Then in Pallet Town go to Gary's house. There Gary's sister will give you a map. Now head back to Veridian City. When in Veridian go to the Pokémart. Now you can buy some Pokéballs, and some of items. Buy some Pokéballs and head into Veridian Forest. There will be Bug Catchers to fight there and some bug Pokémon to catch. Sometimes if you really look hard you can find a Pikachu. Go though Veridian Forest. The next town is Pewter City. In Pewter City you can fight the Rock Gym leader, Brock. Beat him, and then also go to Pewter Museum of Science. There you can see some rare fossiels of Pokémon. Now head out of Pewter City, and into Mount. Moon. Make sure you have a good stock of Pokéballs, and that your Pokémon are completly healed, because there are alot of Pokémon to catch in Mount. Moon. There are also a few Team Rocket members you may have to fight. There are also Trainers in Mount. Moon to battle too. At the end of Mount. Moon there is this guy that has 2 Pokémon fossils. Battle him and win. When you win he will let you pick 1 out of 2 fossiles. They are the HELTIX fossile, and the DOME fossile. The Heltix is a fossil of Omanite, and the Dome is a fossil of Kabuto. (You will be able to bring these Pokémon back to life when you get to Cinabar Island) Pick one. Then exit Moun. Moon. The next city is Cerulean City. Here you can battle Misty the water gym leader. Beat her then go to the back of Cerulean City. There will be a bridge there with a row of Pokémon Trainers you must battle. Battle them then go left to catch some Pokémon. After you catch some Pokémon go right intill you see a lot of Trainers to battle. Some of them you can dodge so you don't have to battle all of them. When you get though the trainers there is a house called the Sea Cottage. That's where Bill lives, the famos Pokémon Reasercher. Go inside, where you will see a Pokémon. Talk to it. It is really Bill, he got his DNA mixed with a Pokémon. Help him return to human form, then talk to him again. He'll thank you by giving you a S.S. Anne ticket. Go to his PC and look at the rare Pokémon on it. Now leave out of Bill's House, and of Cerulian City. To leave Cerlian City you have to go to the house in Cerlian City that had been robed. Before you helped Bill, there was a Police Officer blocking the door of the house. Now the police officer isn't. Enter the house and go to the backyard. There will be a Team Rocket member there. Talk to him. He will battle you. Battle him, and win. After you beat him he will give you DIG. Know there will be a trail leading down at the right side of the backyard. Go down that route. At the end of the route. There will be a big house and a little one. You have to go in the small one. In the big one thereis a gard that's blocking you from going though. In the small one there is an underground tunnel. Go though the tunnel. This tunnel will lead you to Vermilion City. In Vermilion City there is another gym leader, Lt. Surdge the electric Pokémon leader. You will need to get CUT before you can get to his gym. To get CUT go into the S.S. Anne, which is also in Vermilion City. There will be some trainers to battle in the S.S. Anne. At the end part of the S.S. Anne, Gary will come and battle you. Beat him then go up till you see a single door. Go in and there will be the Captian of the ship. Talk to him. He will end up giving you CUT. Teach CUT to one of your Pokémon that can use it. Now that Pokémon can cut down the wierd looking trees. Go to the Vermilion Gym. You will see a funny looking tree. Cut it down by using your Pokémon that learned CUT. Now you can enter Vermilion Gym. First before you can fight Lt. Surdge, you have to find 2 buttons that are in these cans, that will open the doors to Lt. Surdge. Remember that the switches are always beside each other. When you find them you will be able to battle Lt. Surdge. Battle him, and when you beat him exit the gym. Now exit Vermilion City, and into Diglett's Cave. In this cave you can catch Diglett's, and sometimes Dugtrio's.This all I have done for now. I will soon finish it. |
