Yellow Version

Here I have info on the Yellow Version.

In the Yellow version you can catch all 150 Pokémon. In the Yellow Version you start off with Pikachu. If you want to see how much Pikachu likes you turn around and face Pikachu and press A and it will show Pikachu's face. His face may be really mad, mad, happy, or really happy etc. If he's really happy that means he like you alot. Pikachu follow's you around in the yellow version, but if Pikachu faints in a Pokémon Battle then he's not following you any more. You'll have to take him to the Pokécenter and heal him. Then he will follow you around again. In the Pokécenter there is still Nurse Joy, but there is also a Chansey beside her. In the yellow version you can get Charmander (In Cerlean City, on the way to Bill's house), Bulbasaur (In Pewter City), and Squrtile (In Vermillion City, after you beat Lt. Surge). Different people give them to you. In the Yellow Version the Pokémon look different. In my opinion they look better then in the blue/red versions. The gym leaders also look different. You might say the yellow version is a bit like the show. The route is the same in the Yellow Version as red and blue. There are also even appearances of Jesse and James! The Pokémon they have are Koffing, Ekans, and Meowth. Later on in the game Koffing and Ekans evolve into Wezzing and Arbok.

How to get Pikablu and Togapi

Take all 4 forms of Eevee (Eevee, Flareon, Jotlion, and Vaporion) to Bill. Then he will let you behind his house where you will find Togapi, and Pikablu!! You may also be able to do this code for the red and blue versions but I'm not sure. Try it out.
