Food: I commit to changing my snacking by controlling it - one snack between meals, snacks will be more protein-based, no chips or zingers (et. al.). I also commit to drinking one Herb-a-Life shake each day as a meal replacement.
Exercise: Starting out the first two weeks, Mon./Wed./Fri. aerobic workouts; after the first two weeks, increase to six workouts per week by the end of six weeks. Three days will be dedicated to aerobic workouts. All days will include an aerobic component. Two to three workouts out of six will include weight training. Weight training will focus on total body toning and increasing muscle mass in the chest, arms and shoulders. The other days should include some stretching and flexibility exercises.
Food: Reduce food intake, eliminate chips, reduce fat and sugar.
