Don't undermine your worth by comparing yourself with others. It is because we are different that each of us is special. Don't let your life slip through your fingers by living in the past or for the future. By living your life one day at a time, you live all the days of your life. Don't give up when you still have something to give. Nothing is really over until the moment you stop trying. Don't be afraid to admit that you are less than perfect. It is this fragile thread that binds us to each together. Don't be afraid to encounter risks. It is by taking chances that we learn how to be brave. The quickest way to receive love is to give; the fastest way to lose love is to hold it too tightly; and the best way to keep love is to give it wings. Don't run through life so fast that you forget, not only where you've been but also where you are going. Don't forget, a person's greatest emotional need is to feel appreciated. Don't be afraid to learn. Knowledge is weightless, a treasure you can always carry easily. Don't use time or words carelessly. Neither can be retrieved. Life is not a race, but a journey to be savored each step of the way. Yesterday is History, Tomorrow is a Mystery and Today is a gift...that's why we call it "The Present."

I believe that hidden in the quiet of the night. There's magic moths and gypsies, a fairy and a sprite.
I believe that if you dance the dances of your heart, that greater happiness will find a brand new way to start.
I believe the gifts you have, are there for you to share. And when you give from the heart, the whole world knows you care.
I believe that if you give, even just to one, that gift will grow in magnitude, before the day is done.
I believe that comfort comes from giving part of me, and if I share with others, there's more for all to see.
I believe that love is still the greatest gift of all, and when it's given from the heart, then not one of us will fall.

After a while you learn that what you really are ís all the experiences and all the thoughts you've ever had.After a while you learn that troubles are temporary and relationships aren't always permanent.
You learn to forgive the bad times and overcome the resentments.
You learn that many people come into your life, some stay briefly and fade into forgetfulness while others remain as warm places in your heart.
And you learn to live with love in your heart for those good friends who may not be present, but who never ever go away,
Because the warmth of their friendship and their essence lives within you and becomes a part of what you are.

We need to feel more, to understand others.We need to love more, to be loved back.
We need to cry more, to cleanse ourselves.
We need to laugh more, to enjoy ourselves. We need to see more, other than our own little fantasies.
We need to hear more and listen to the needs of others.
We need to give more and take less.
We need to share more and own less.
We need to look more and realize that we are not so different from one another.
We need to create a world where all can peacefully live the life they choose.

Once in a while someone comes along, someone who just naturally makes everyone feel a little happier, a little more alive to life. You've been that someone to me. You've given me a new perspective on a lot of things-including myself. There are things you've said to me, I'll always remember and ways you've helped me I'll never forget. The times we spend together are always good times that leave me looking forward to the next time. So thanks for being the wonderful person you are. You're an inspiration to me and I'm very glad and grateful that you are my friend.

Walden Pond, located in Concord, Massachusetts, has got to be one of the most tranquil and peaceful places to spend that all so important "Me Time". What a relaxing place to gather your thoughts, while walking along one of the many marked trails, or picnicing, or maybe even go fishing from the shore. The scenery is breathtaking. Just a "Little Piece of Heaven" here on Earth.

I can't give solutions to all of life's problems, doubts, or fears, but I can listen to you, and together we will search for answers.I can't change your past with all it's heartache and pain, nor the future with it's untold stories, but I can be there now when you need me to care.
I can't keep your feet from stumbling. I can only offer my hand that you may grasp it and not fall.
Your joys, triumphs, successes, and happinesses are not mine; yet I can share in your laughter.
Your decisions in life are not mine to make, nor to judge; I can only support you, encourage you, and help you when you ask.

The special people in this world are the most precious and the most appreciated people of all. No matter what happens, they always understand. They go a million miles out of their way. They hold your hand. They bring you smiles, when a smile is exactly what you need. They listen, and they hear what is said in the spaces between the words. They care, and they let you know you're in their prayers. Special people always know the perfect thing to do. They can make your whole day just by saying something that no one else could have said. Sometimes you feel like they share with you a secret language that others can't tune into. Special people can guide you, inspire you, comfort you and light up your life with laughter. Special people understand your moods and nurture your needs. They lovingly know just what you're after. When your feelings come from deep inside and the need to be spoken to someone; you don't have to hide from, you share them....with special people. When good news comes special people are the first ones you turn to, When feelings overflow and tears need to fall. special people help you through it all. Special people bring sunlight into your life. They warm your world with their presence, whether they are far away or close by your side. Special people are gifts that bring happiness and treasures that money can't buy.
