The Outer Senshi are a bit different from the Inner. Perhaps the most noticeable difference is that while the Inners can often be seen relaxing or goofing around, the Outers are much more serious. They all appear to work, and raise baby Hotaru. They are also much more dedicated (at first) to their missions. This, however, changes, and by Stars, the Outers and the Inners are a whole, rather than two separate halves.
