On April 18th, 2004,
the people who created the Halloween Foosball Tournament will launch their
latest sports entity. The Lowell Football League will consist of four
teams of 5 on 5 football following the rules of the HFT's Big Game. The
players will consist of those who have played in past HFT Big Games as well as a
few newcomers. The games will be held at the Reservoir on Beacon Street,
site of all three editions of the Halloween Foosball Tournament's The Big Game.
