NAWA Heats up the Summer on June 26th!!

=Debut of Corman's Corner causes Catastrophy!=
At the opening of the June 26th NAWA Show, Joey Corman introduced the NAWA fans to his own interview segment, "Cormans Corner". He announced that the Angel of Sin had been suspended for hitting the referee, and that strict punishments will be handed out for hitting the referees from this point forward. Then, His first guest? The REdebuting of Gemini! This interview turned ugly fast, as Corman cut off Gemini on more than one occasion, and even insulted him by calling him such names as Aquarias, etc. Corman called out NAWA Champion Robert Evans, and soon enough the fight was on! Gemini was able to hold his own for a short while, before being out numbered by the Winnipeg Wonder and Corman. Just when it was thought Gemini had no hope, out came former NAWA Champion Seth Shai! Seth cleared house to a rousing ovation. As he helped Gemini to his feet, and the duo of Corman and Evans headed to the back, Gemini grabbed the mic and declared that hed give up his NAWA Title Match against Robert Evans, if he could get his hands on Joey Corman. Corman agreed, saying that "I just beat you up, by myself, so Im sure i can do it again later tonight!" Evans gets the night off...or so he though. His match with Gemini was from an open contract, and now that Gemini was in another match, Seth took the liberties of challenging Evans to an impromptu title match, and it was on! Seth got the 1-2-3 on Evans and was Declared the NEW NAWA Champion. Evans retreated to teh back, and came back out with a contract stating that his match tonight, no matter who against, would be a non title. Evans was then awarded the title, and hes STILL the NAWA Champion.

=The SECOND slap heard 'round the World!=
Andrew Dalton came out to explain what happened last month at the NAWA show. He told Mike Paige AND the good fans of NAWA that after Khan left him laying in the ring, he went to the back and knocked Khan out. He then stated that when Khan came to, he apologized. As he said that, Khan made his way out to the ring, asking why Dalton was out there with out him. Paige then proceeded to tell Khan what Dalton said, and Dalton began to backpeddle! Khan ended up slapping Dalton for the second time, and as he celebrated the slap to the crowd, Andrew, using the crutch from his "knee injury" smashed the crutch over Khans back. He proceeded to beat on Khan and left him laying. Later in the show, these two met in the ring, and while it was good hard hitting action, It ended in a NO contest as they brawled to the outside. The NAWA Board of Directors is trying to resolve this problem between these two NAWA stars before someone gets hurt.

=Who WAS that Masked man?!?!=
During the Main Event of Gemini vs. Joey Corman, these two brawled to the back. Gemini reappeared brawling, still, but this time with Robert Evans! A masked man came out and DDT'ed the referee. The masked man returned to the back as Gemini and Evans continued brawling. Corman reappeared and hit Gemini with a chair as the referee came too, and Disqualified Joey Corman. Next month its going to be Robert Evans vs. Gemini for the NAWA Championship. Who was the masked man? Why did he hit the ref? And Will Joey Corman involve himself once again? Come out to find out!

=Fresh new faces at NAWA=
Be sure to come out next month, as itll be a real treat to Texas Wrestling fans. "Sexy" Steve DeMarco and former NWA Texas Junior Champion JT Lamotta will be making there NAWA Debut. We dont know there intentions, or who they will be wrestling, but rest assured, those two WILL make an impact at the next NAWA SHOW!

June 26th, 2005 Results

Show began with a new segment called Corman's Corner. Host Joey Corman brought out Gemini who was making his return to NAWA to take on NAWA Champion, Robert Evans. Corman did not allow Gemini to say much and then was attacked by Robert Evans. Seth Shai came out to save Gemini. Gemini gave up his shot against Evans to face Corman and leaving Evans without a match for the evening. Seth challenged Evans to a match.

-Seth Shai def NAWA Champion, Robert Evans It had appeared to be a title match in which Seth won cleanly, but Evans returned to ringside with a contract in hand. The contract stated it was a non title match and therefore Referee Jamie Oller had to return the belt to Evans who remains NAWA Champion.

-Logan def Mongoose
Logan still upset at losing the NAWA Tag Team Titles last month took it to Mongoose and made short work of one of the Tag Team Champions.

-Jason Skyy def Bash by DQ
Bash physically dominated the match and basically destroyed the youngster. He refused to hold Skyy down for a pin and broke the 5 count several times forcing the dq. Sean Cordova came out to save his friend.

-Sean Cordova def Bash
Bash demanded the match and again physically manhandled Cordova. He picked up Cordova for a body slam when Skyy who was barely able to move tripped him up allowing Cordova to roll him up for a 3 count.

-Khan and Andrew Dalton went to a No Contest
Earlier in the show Khan slapped Dalton once again and Dalton attacked Khan with a crutch from his "knee injury." Both men brawled constantly and it spilled outside of the ring. Both men were counted out. This fued has just begun.

-Gemini def Joey Corman by DQ
Gemini was taking the place of Angel of Sinn who has been suspended for striking the referee last month. As the action spilled to the outside, Robert Evans came out to get in the face of Gemini. A masked guy came out and gave Referee John Ellis a DDT. Corman returned minutes later but only got a 2 count on Gemini. Corman was DQ'ed when the referee saw Robert Evans hit Gemini with a chair.

NAWA returns to Gladewater on Sunday, July 24th at 6:00pm. Already signed is an NAWA Championship Match between Gemini and Robert Evans.
