MEMBERS

Unlike most online gaming orders THE PACKAGE has no leader or governing council. Instead, decisions are finalized by the active members as a whole. Potential candidates require a unanymous 'yes' vote from all active members before he or she is approached with an offer. "An offer?" you ask? Yes....candidates ar not aware of their candidacy untill approached after a vote! We do not accept "requests". We are all good friends, and prefer to remain so, hence this "don't call us...we'll call you" policy. Only those with a good sense of humour, resposibility , maturity, and good sportsmanship are concidered as a candidate for mrmbership. Therefore, membership in the order is not to be taken lightly.

THE PACKAGE refers to a 'total package' not a parcel or lower appendage(hehehe)

HISTORY

EPISODE I

The founders of THE PACKAGE belonged to an honorable order called the 47 [ r ] o n i n. The [ r ] o n i n were governed by a council , whom were voted into power by the members as representatives of the whole. Unfortunately, the council lost control of the order and membership exploded...alas..a group founded on the premis of "friends first" was not to remain so..and so..a large portion of members rempved the [ r ] tag to begin the next episode in THE PACKAGE history.

EPISODE II

The X [ r ] banded together as friends to begin THE SHAOLIN. This order ( a much happier order) was to have no leader or council and would not be accepting new mwmbers. The idea being an order of close knit friends, and a group that would be virtually maintanance free.All seemed wonderful, as this order was very successful and quickly gained popularity and notoriety in the MYTH II community, until a small portion of THE SHAOLIN felt they had to move on. These members played at an earlier time and wanted to order with people who played at the same time as themselves.They left ...to begin an order called TOILET PAPER, thus ending an era.

EPISODE III

The decision was made , by the remaining, to expand...but there had to be rules of some sort....thus the birth of the unanymous 'yes' vote for new membership. It was also decided that the new members would be approached rather than accepting membership requests. "Our Circle" , as we put it, began to grow, but the name was no longer a fitting description of the contained. Having been left without the password to change the order's information on bungie.net it was decided that THE SHAOLIN tag had to be discarded and a new order born.

EPISODE IV

The new group of members became a tight circle of friends, enjoying gaming with and against each other , and had become unseperable. Memebers who had once been [ r ] o n i n mused about how they had been a 'packaged deal' from the beginning, and so a name was chosen.

THE PACKAGE:

...a name that chose us

...a name that came of patience

...a name that is spoken with dignity

...strenght

..honor

...and pride

but most of all... a re-sounding of life long friendships and brotherhood.

...a package.
