Phoebe and Wyatt are the only two Halliwell's born in the Manor at 1329 Prescott Street. Phoebe originally the youngest of the Halliwell sisters later became the middle child when they were united with younger sister Paige Matthews after Prue was killed by Shax. She was only 3 years old when her mom Patty died. She was name after her mother’s favorite aunt. Like her sisters she was raised by her grandmother Penny. Phoebe left for New York shortly after Grams funeral because of bad blood between her and Prue and her general need to rebel. Due to financial problems she decided with the help of Piper to move home after six months of living on her own. The night she came home to the Halliwell Manor was the same night she got the message "ATTIC" from an old spirit board Prue found while cleaning the basement. Following the message from the spirit board she went to the attic where she found the Book of Shadows.
