Eriksdale Recreation Centre Hall Rates
 As of November 1, 2008
**Rules subject to change without notice**

Three Halls:
Damage Deposit per hall $100
Main Hall $200 per day
Bar Hall $200 per day
Upstairs Hall $200 per day (lift, kitchen, warmers incl. if requested)
Upstairs Kitchen $100 per day if required separately.

Special Circumstances:
 Any one hall for 3 hours or less

  • $20 per hour if furniture remains in place and no cleaning is required.

    Set up days prior to event

  • $50 per day unless we have a booking for full event. Must clean up after self.

    Late fee if not cleaned by noon

  • $50 per hour starting at noon the following day.

    Funerals

  • All three halls - $300 per day
  • One hall - $200 per day

    Tables & Chairs – Specially mark ones only

  • Quantities of more than 5 $10 for tables and $2 for chairs
  • Return in like condition 50% back.

    Premix

  • $.60 per lb

    Curling Rink (May to September)

  • $200 if no tables required
  • $400 if tables are required.

    Damage deposit will be returned within a week of your event provided that:
     -Dance floor doesn’t need refinishing because of spills and furniture scrapes
    -There is no willful damage to the facility.
    -The furniture is returned reasonably close to where it was found.
    -Tables are wiped and the floor has all spills cleaned up.
    -If using the kitchen, it must be left clean and ready to use.
    -Garbage cans have been emptied and properly bagged garbage placed in outdoor bin.
    -Keys and bar equipment (jiggers, etc.) are returned.
    -No tape remains on the walls.

    Please make arrangements a few days ahead for access to the facility.

    Arena & Curling Ice Rates
     Arena
    $250 includes rotunda and change rooms if requested.
    $30 per hour for ice rental to a maximum of $250.

    ***Summertime users have the option of working one month in the canteen (in the winter) in lue of payment.***

    Curling Ice
    Rental rates of $30 per hour to a maximum of $300 per day. This includes the use of the lounge and access to the washrooms in the rotunda.

    Curling Lounge
    Rental rate is $50 when rented on its own. This includes access to the washrooms in the rotunda.

    Sports Grounds
     Ball tournament are $250 per day. Renters have access to the canteen and are responsible to leave the grounds and canteen tidy. Garbage should be placed at HWY for pick up.
    Must be booked well in advance in order to have the grounds mowed.

    Rodeo Grounds
    Rodeo grounds are rented for $50 per day per event. Cheques are payable to the Eriksdale Equestrian Society for the Rodeo Grounds.

    Rental fees and damage deposits must be prepaid. Other than the Rodeo Grounds all cheques are payable to the Eriksdale Recreation Centre Operations.

    All booking is done through Andrea Sweetland at 739 2140. She will contact the appropriate board member for any further arrangements that need to be made.

    Please make arrangements with Andrea at least one day ahead to gain access to the centre.
