CHAPTER 25
"1, 2, 3,..",Krissa screamed out loud as she stood covering her eyes in the family room. 'Why do I have to be it.. oh yea I lost the last round.. geez Zac is too loud remind myself to never hide near him again..',Krissa said to herself. It was about 9 o'clock and the littler kids had gone to sleep, while the older ones, besides Matti who was glued to the tv screen with N 64, played hide and go seek. "98..99..100",Krissa screamed as she uncovered her eyes and crept silently up the stairs. 'I hate this game but if I don't play that really hot.. I mean annoying Taylor dude will come and be all "lovey-dovey, I am there for you.." and I don't want that..I think..,'Krissa thought as she rounded the corner. Krissa walked cautiously into Taylor's room and then all of the sudden,"ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOARRRR!".
Krissa immediately turned around and Zac was standing there with a can of silly string pointed right at her. "Sorry.",Zac said as she squirted the green foamy string all over Krissa covering her body. Krissa ran down the stairs into the family room with Zac following her with the can squirting. "STOP PLEASE,STOP!!!! YOU ARE BEING SUCH A JERK, STOP!!",Krissa screamed. Tay, Matti, and Lia ran from where they were and saw Krissa covered in green string and Zac laughing his head off rolling on the floor screaming, "YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN HER FACE!!". Krissa took the stuff off of her and said, "That's it I am not playing this ridiculous game if HE is going to act like a baby! I refuse to be it." "I am not a baby! I just wanted to see what you looked like in green silly string is that a crime? And boy do you look funny!",Zac said and started to laugh until he noticed no one else was laughing. "Fine I'll behave, sorry.",Zac commented immediately. "Hey guys can I play? I already broke Zac's Mario-Kart record 4 times, I'll be "it" ok?",Matti asked.
"That's great, um, count to a hundred and then come and get us.",Taylor said with at huge smile as Krissa rolled her eyes. MAttie sat on the couch and covered his eyes. Krissa walked into the kitchen and opened the closets to see if she could fit..it was awful dark. She couldn't find any good hiding spots and she figured she had better try upstairs. So blinded by the night she scurried up the stairs where she figured everyone else was. Hearing Matti yell, "Ready or not here I come!" she opened the small closet in the back of the house in Zac and Ike's room. It was dark and so she felt her hands through the clothes and she went in behind the clothes. In the darkness she felt a warm breath on her neck and a hand grab her's she was about to scream, but she didn't.~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "I'm telling you Lia you have to hide in here with me he won't find us! I just heard him say he's coming so it's now or never. I am the master of hiding.. just come.",Zac told Lia as she rolled her eyes and followed him into the attic space. "Zac, I, I, don't like small spaces.",Lia said with a bit of hesitation. "Oh is BIG BAD LIA scared? Sorry just be quiet.",Zac replied.~~~ "Taylor is that you? Why are you in a closet with me? This is very akward. I better leave.",Krissa said as she reached for the door knob. Taylor grabbed her hand. "No, then you will have to be "it" again and Zac won't want you spoiling the game, he takes his hide and go seek seriously. Plus I want you to stay.",Tay whispered. 'Go Taylor! Do you realize what you just did?! You weren't shy.. you told her how you felt. What happens if she rejects you, maybe she likes you!?!',Taylor thought to himself as Krissa contemplated what he said. She thought to herself,'Ohmigod.. Taylor LIKES you!!! But wait you, you, don't like him do you?..What is that noise?' ***** "PUSH THE DOOR TOWARDS ME ZAC!!",Matti yelled as he pulled on the attic door. "Get me out of here!!!!",Lia screamed.*** Krissa reached for the door knob and ran out of the closet and ran down the hall and up to the playroom. Taylor followed and they both saw Matti pulling on the door to a attic and Lia was screaming. "Ohmigod,Lia is claustraphobic!!! Why is she in an attic??",Krissa yelled, she wondered if the little kids heard her. "Let's all pull!",Tay suggested as Krissa grabbed the handle and Tay grabbed her waist, she looked at him funny then heard Lia scream again and brushed it off. "1,2,3 and we pull you push Zac.",Krissa said aloud, "1,2,3!" and the door flung open. Out toppled Lia and Zac on one another. "Finally I AM FREE!!!",Zac screamed as he threw up his arms in relief. "Shhhhhh..",Tay, Krissa and Matti replied in unison. "Thank you guys sooooo much!!",Lia yelped quietly as she hugged Tay,Krissa,Matti, and even Zac who she kissed on the cheek. Everyone looked at her weirdly after she did this and she replied, "Sorry I was overcome with happiness I lost myself and though little dweeb man over there was Leonardo DiCaprio. Now excuse me while I go and wash out my mouth.",Lia explained as she walked down to the second floor. '"I think she likes me..he he.",Zac whispered and smiled like he was "Da Ladies' Man" "So where were you two hiding? hmmm?",Zac asked them after he did a little strut. Taylor and Krissa looked at each other and both said different things, smiled, and blushed. "Um I think I should go ..um.. talk with Lia.. see ya.",Krissa answered and went down to the bathroom where Lia was. "So I'm not the only "Stud Muffin" around here hey Tay?",Zac whispered with a grin. "You werer never the "Stud Muffin" I am the most popular hanson now aren't I? Just kidding.",Tay told him with a million dollar smile.
