Tank 5
Tank 5 is a 200-gallon heated tank. The water temperature is maintained at between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius. There is an aquaponics system above the tank with fluorescent lights for raising plants. There are two 10-gallon satellite tanks that are used for raising baby tilapia. The biofilm rack is located in the main tank and the slides are kept in the 10-gallon tanks.
